We had a great stay, the family room we stayed in was nice and clean but could benefit from a mini fridge. We were travelling as friends as we had a night out with friends in the area. Lovely location and the use of the spa facilities included with the booking was a great bonus!

I stayed at the last drop hotel as i was working at a nearby factory. The stay was nice and relaxing. We were greeted at reception by a lovely woman called Anna. She was so friendly and funny, she definitely cheered us up after a long tiring day at work! smacznego! 😁

Was OK, but needs some tlc Location is pleasant. Front of property is attractive, reception staff very helpful & professional (sorted out a swap after our 1st room had a bad smell). The replacement t room had a lovely view of garden. Bathroom clean & lots of hot water. Breakfast was just OK - only white sliced bread available & it was going hard. Cooked breakfast was good - but quantities were vastly different on day 2 to day 1! Odd! Spa was good & 'thermal journey' was quite good. 1st room had a bad smell. Replacement room had stains on grouting & sealant in bathroom (was v clean otherwise). As we spent time there, you become aware of many areas of the hotel looking tired & dated & needing updating & painting. Also, a lovely view from the open infinity window of the spa is obscured by a loud House building site literally meters from the pool. V sad! The bar restaurant is OK - limited selection but v overpriced for what it is

We chose the Last Drop Village Hotel and Spa based on it being dog friendly and they had a great offer for NHS employees. The food (dinner and breakfast) were beautiful and staff were especially attentive and accommodating. Because we had our dog with us and we didn’t want to eat dinner at a low table in the bar, staff set up a dining table especially for us in the reception room. There are some beautiful walks across the hills behind the Hotel, the rock quarry is especially interesting. It’s a shame the new housing estate is being built right up to the front gates of the spa, but once you are inside you forget about it. Our dog friendly room was really nice (huge bathroom) and the swimming pool is perfect for long swim sessions if you’re looking for a good workout. We’ll definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend it.

Rooms not fantastic, likely to get lost trying to find your room, avoid if you are limited in walking distances. There is no personal touch, definitely not value for money at all. The breakfast was OK, self service, but not so quick at refilling the empty items.

We had a great stay at this hotel despite been woken up at 2am with a couple shouting and swearing at each other for some time and the next morning. So had very little sleep. The Spa and food is very good. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It was my second stay and I really like the place.

Pleasant The pool is lovely! Bit of a shame the view from the outdoor spa pool is now of a housing estate instead of open fields, but the spa area itself is very nice. Changing rooms could have been cleaner (some mould, saw the same piece of litter on the floor two days in a row) but the lockers operate easily with just a pound coin and all the ones i tried worked. The room was comfortable, nice shower, comfy beds, though the pillows were very hard. Wifi signal in our room was initially awful, literally every 30 seconds it dropped out. We ended up moving rooms to the main building and the signal was much better there although the room was much smaller. Pleasant lounge area by reception where it was possible to sit and relax or work. Public areas looked well-maintained and quite attractive. Overall a nice hotel, and the spa is good, but the rooms themselves are just ok considering the price.

I stay at the last drop quite regularly now as my business has offices in Bolton and having tried all the other options for Accomodation locally, I quickly realised that this place not only afforded me the best value but also the best service. The staff are really kind and helpful esp Anna and her team on the front desk - nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are comfy and comparatively good value and the facilities are great with a fantastic pool, spa and gym. I’d have no problems highly recommending this hotel to business and pleasure customers alike. Keep up the good work
