Fantastic stay, nice spa hotel, a good price as you get access to the pool in with the price.
Yolanda (hope it spelt correct) and Anna on reception very professional and I even got a upgrade from twin room to a double 😁.
Breakfast is usually buffet fantastic selection.

Myself and my partner Eddy stayed at the hotel Saturday (30th April) -Monday (2nd May).
We stayed at the hotel over the bank holiday weekend, really enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with the hotel, and particularly the staff, who were very welcoming, friendly and accomodating. Jan welcomed us to the hotel, and was so lovely and helpful. We were also really impressed to receive a phone call checking that we were happy with the room. We were really delighted and grateful that our room was upgraded, the executive room was fantastic, very clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We also really enjoyed the use of the relaxing spa facilities. Also the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the service once again top notch. It was a really special treat for us to be able to stay at your beautiful hotel and we really enjoyed our stay, so I just wanted to say thank you so much to you all.

Had a lovely time. The team in the restaurant very helpful and the food was great. Rooms were clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff in spa very friendly. Paula who did my treatment was amazing would totally recommend. Only slight issue was the bar was really small and only 2 staff on so had queues so the amount of people there could have done with more staff in that location

We arrived at 2pm and was checked in fast however, the receptionist didn’t explain where our room was or about access to the spa facilities instead a man who looked like the manager pointed us in the direction of our room and looked like he was in the middle of telling off the staff in front of guests. When we got to our room it was lovely however, there was no robes or towels so we had to re queue up and ask at reception. Spa was clean and tidy and relaxing. Food was Devine and staff where nice. Me and my friend had next to no sleep as some wedding guests behind our room where very loud all night. At 2am we had to shut all the windows. Breky was tasty and lots of choice. A stunning walk around the golf course to finish off the weekend. Overall 6/10. Thanks

Recently in Manchester for a wedding and brunch booked at the hotel for 11:30 with the family. I had been staying at another hotel which was atrocious and for various reasons couldn’t even get tea and toast at 08:30 that Sunday morning. On entering the Last Drop, we were greeted by Jerry and after explaining our predicament, he sat us close to the restaurant where he personally served us with complementary tea and various pastries. Thank you Jerry you saved our day and we will definitely come back and stay next time we’re in Manchester. Look forward to seeing you again.

Rooms were very dated and in need of some TLC. The spa was lovely and staff were friendly. Over all a good experience and would possibly visit again for the SPA not the hotel

Firstly I would like to mention our large twin room. I don’t think Iv ever stayed in such a clean room, everything was immaculate, praise to the cleaners. All the staff were helpful and cheerful (apart from restaurant manager he seemed grumpy) We spent an hour in the Spa, it wasn’t crowded and very pleasant, we are not use to relaxing but you could spend a whole afternoon in there. This place would definitely get a 5 * but the food (evening meal and breakfast ) let it down. Margarine for the bread roll put me off straight away. I am a fussy foodie so for the amount we paid it wouldn’t put me off going again.

Definitely worth the price
Superb room, great breakfast and dinner also of high quality, clean. Spa facilities were excellent. Check in was from 2pm and out at 11am, which is great.

Lovely stay with a very large comfy bed in a very nice room with lovely bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was very good with lots of choices too choose from. Would definitely stay here again .

Everything about our wedding was faultless.
From the first phone call Liz was excellent, booking around 18 months in advance, there was plenty of time to discuss our options and what would work best. Nothing fazed Liz, she had a helpful answer to evert question and concern. We came up with a plan and stuck to it!
We had multiple meetings and visits to the room and always came away more confident in how the day would go.
The final meeting we ticked off evert detail, which removed any uncertainty or worry. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, even accommodating some strict dietary requirements never felt like an inconvenience.
As a serial overthinker, Liz was always there with a reassuring comment to remind me it was all going to be perfect when I was panicking. Her professionalism is always balanced with a personal touch and it was clear that she cares about every event. Every member of staff, bar, waiting and event staff was so lovely and helpful.
Our wedding breakfast was delicious, every course served on time, piping hot and with good quality ingredients. We knew it would be because it was just as excellent at the menu tasting.
The discounted rooms for our guests was very well received and the rooms were clean and very comfortable!
There isn't a single thing I would change, our day was amazing, we are so happy! The amount we paid was competitive and was worth every penny for everything that we got included in in our Grand Affair package.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Last Drop for any function, or a good meal.
