The facilities were great and the room was ideal for a couple, the food at dinner was great, however, staff could’ve had
spa facilities were great and the staff were pleasant.
In the restaurant and bar area the staff could’ve had quicker service. Also, the room had a strange smell(did look clean and well presented though).

After postponing our wedding day due to covid and booking over 3 years ago, we finally had our special day on 24th June 2022!
Liz was our wedding co-ordinater and she was amazing. Liz was able to help us organise our special day, and gave recommendations (Rebecca Karen) for room dressing and flowers.
Having these recommendations was fantastic as Rebecca was able to work with the last drop and ensured our room was beautiful and turned around throughout the day. One less stress for us!
We had our wedding ceremony and a slightly different afternoon tea in the Harmony Suite for 35 guests. We did require Halal meals and non-alcoholic drinks, and the last drop team were very accommodating. They ensured all our guests had a fantastic meal, and we had several compliments throughout the day.
Additional to this we had specific wedding favours for each guest. Nasser and Elliott were fantastic in organising this, with the groom to ensure that it all went smoothly.
Following our ceremony, we had a relaxed family meal, (16guests) in the Harmony Suite which Liz was able to arrange. This gave us time as a family to celebrate and enjoy the evening.
Overall, our wedding was slightly different to ‘the norm’ with having afternoon tea, no speeches, a smaller number of guests and no party. It was wonderful to have our wedding at the last drop village as they were able to provide the relaxed feel we were after. (It was even better than our guests commented that this was the best wedding they all had been to!)
Thank you once again, Nasser (our master of ceremonies), Elliott (who worked the bar and helped with room turnaround) and Liz for creating a day that we, and our guests, will always remember!

My friends and I attended the Abba Tribute Night to celebrate a special Birthday. We had a fantastic time; the food and entertainment were fantastic. The deal for the room, event, breakfast and spa treatment was very reasonable and we were really looking forward to being pampered after a late night dancing and drinking. Unfortunately, we hadn't realised that although our treatment was booked for 11:30am, as check out time is 11, we were unable to access the pool and spa after our treatments as our checkout time had elapsed. We were told once our treatments were done we would have to leave. This brought our spa to a sad end.
If visiting the Last Drop Village, make sure you book your treatments way before your check out time to avoid this disappointment:(

Good food and service. We had a great weekend with all the family. Great leisure facilities and pleasant walks to be enjoyed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our group of 10 was well looked after. Most enjoyable.

The setting of the hotel is beautiful, picturesque, heritage, while also contemporary. The room and bathroom is comfortable and modern. The breakfast is terrific quality. While we didn't have time to use the spa, it looked wonderful and would definitely tempt us to return in the future. Dog friendly too which is always a plus for us.
Perhaps just the night we stayed here but the parking lot was full and there were numerous noisy groups coming and going through the communal areas. Everyone was pleasant but it definitely took away from the peaceful atmosphere the entrance to the hotel promotes.

A lovely stay the room was clean and tidy but tired, the beds were extremely lovely and comfy however we found the pillows were a little too hard. We found that their weren’t enough toiletries when their is 3 staying in a room and only have enough toiletries for one person to get one wash. The therapists were very good however Paula Croft went above and beyond and was extremely amazing with what she was doing and paying attention to extra few details just made her amazing.

Business trip in Bolton, this is a pleasant and agreeable hotel. My suite was spacious and very comfortable, it’s not a new hotel and this can be some noise.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and the room service also the pillows ware to hard had pain in my neck day after .maybe make sure the cleaners are told to pay attention to detail in the rooms and also when room service bus rang to make sure they respond in a timely manner thank you

I spent 1 night at The Last Drop but wished I could have stayed there for a month. It's a beautiful place, welcoming and friendly staff. Food is great. Room was clean and comfortable. I had the best nights sleep there.

We stayed at the last drop on a Saturday Night, the room, spa and food was all faultless. We would recommend to all. The DJ in the little pub on the Saturday Night was a lovely extra and we enjoyed plating darts. Village and grounds are really lovely and something different from other spa hotels we have stayed at. All staff we meet where lovely.

very pleased to find out that we had a great hotel near we live. i was looking for a romantic short break to celebrate my 20th anniversary and this place was just a treat.
Great value for money, staff are very friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. Rooms were tidy and clean and the food at the restaurant was amazing. The only reason I don't give a 5 start rating is because of the breakfast and the lack of choices. The main breakfast is English breakfast, even though they advertise as also being Continental. If there were more choices of breakfast then it would definitely be a 5 start.

Jacqueline was our wedding co-ordinator and she was fab! She answered all of our queries promptly and nothing was too much for her throughout the planning stages and on the actual day.
We had our ceremony / wedding breakfast in the Harmony Suite for 40 guests and then a big party in The Drop Inn for 120 people.
The food was delicious, the service was excellent - we couldn't fault anything. Nasser was our master of ceremonies and he was amazing and such a lovely man - special thanks to him!
All of our guests had a brilliant time and said what a great venue the Last Drop is.

Had our wedding here and couldn’t fault a thing. From the day we booked it Liz looked after us and the day wouldn’t of ran so smoothly without her. All the staff that we interacted with were polite & helpful and made sure our stay & wedding went without a hitch. The food was amazing & facilities were brilliant.

I married the man of my dreams on Sunday 19th June 2022. What an amazing day it was. From our first meeting with Liz our Wedding Coordinator, we knew we’d made the right choice. The venue itself is stunning but it was Liz and her absolutely brilliant team that impressed us.
Liz is a true professional. She’s warm, calm, down to earth and exactly who you want to organise your day. We got married in the Harmony Suite which was the perfect size for our party of approximately 45 guests. The Suite is turned around quickly from the Ceremony to Wedding Breakfast to Evening Reception.
Nassar (apologies if this spelling is incorrect) was our Master of Ceremonies for the day and made sure everything ran smoothly. He was amazing.
The food was absolutely gorgeous. Everyone loved it.
We were given a beautiful suite for our wedding night. Only regret was we couldn’t stay longer.
We would also like to give a mention to Rodhri our waiter, who dealt with us at our Tasting Menu and who we got to meet again during our wedding.
