What had, on previous stays, been excellent, a mix-up in the booking and some problems with the room, took the shine of what had always been a positive and very pleasant experience.

Hotel ok. Rooms could do with a make over, new pillows needed or take ur own. I would let hotel know if you struggle with stairs, as being on too floor is not great . Breakfast was good food good. Generally ok

Excellent place for a weekend away that doesn't break the bank but offers excellent facilities Breakfast was great fabulous choice staff really accommodating. The weather was lovely which made our stay even better. we played Lingo Bingo on the site. I've never laugh so much, it was great fun. Our daughters met us there and we met some lovely people which now are our friend's.

From start to finish we loved our stay at the last drop, the spa facilities were great, the food was delicious, the room was big, comfortable and had everything we needed, the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming and the entertainment was very entertaining. Overall we had a great time it just went too quickly but mainly because we were having too much fun. Cant wait for our next visit.

We stayed at the Last Drop Village Hotel and Spa for a wedding reception that was held there. We have stayed here on a number of occasions and the initial impressions are fabulous. There are tired areas in parts of the spa particularly that could do with some routine maintenance. Overall, still a really lovely quaint setting, but a little bit of TLC would not go amiss.

This is a lovely hotel in Bolton. We enjoyed our one night stay while visiting relatives. We are a family of 3 and the room was large enough, clean and comfortable. We plan to stay again in the future and use the pool and other facilities because we did not have time this time. We did not eat at the restaurant (a bit expensive).

Have been going to the Last Drop for at least the last 5 years, and is typically a nice and welcome stay with good facilities and food. Recently, visits have taken a downward turn with some staff falling well short of expectation and unexpected costs added on to booking without being informed prior to arrival. Roll the dice if you wish.

Nice hotel that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time We liked the quaint little village surrounding the hotel itself (which is part of the hotel/spa), the room we booked was the cottage and it was hidden away so we had more privacy than expected and we had our own terrace garden.

Although we didn't use the spa facilities, the thermal pool looked inviting. The side of the pool is exposed (shutters roll up) so you feel like you're in an outdoor pool. Will definitely use the pool next time.

On arrival to our room, we received complimentary spa-like toiletries (smelled amazing) and chocolates as we were there for our anniversary. One of the reasons we booked here was because they were dog friendly as we wanted to take our dog with us. They provided a dog bed and water bowl which was a nice touch.
Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that the shops and tea room wasn't open when we stayed as we booked on a weekday, but we went there for the accommodation so it wasn't a huge issue.

The Last Drop Village Hotel and Spa provided the perfect backdrop for our Wedding on 17th May. The amazing food and service along with every one of our requirements met were handled with the utmost care and attention by the amazing Jacqueline our Wedding Coordinator and Zoe our Master of Ceremonies. A huge thank you to all the members of staff for making it a truly amazing day.
