I've stayed here many a time & it has always lived up to expectations, however on this occasion it didn't & by the time I realised it was too late in the evening to go to reception to ask to move rooms. The shower was cold & didn't go past offering a tickle of water, no bath plug so I didn't have an alternative to use other than the hand basin. Tv didn't turn on all evening, so all in all, very disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay loved the swimming pool and spa. Although they don't enforce their own rules in letting children into the thermal area. They allowed a parent to bring a male child into the woman's changing room who was far to old to be there. The service was very slow in the restaurant but the food was lovely on our second night.

Visited the Village Spa last Sunday for another Spa Day it is the 4th time I have visited and love it every time. Staff are always very attentive, Will be back again soon.

I needed somewhere quiet to have a quick meeting and then drinks with a client, and he recommended the Last Drop. I must say I was really impressed with the team in the bar area- they acknowledged me as soon as I stepped through the door, looked after me and my client throughout our meeting, and then as the bar got busier into the evening provided really attentive service, and with a really nice ambience. I recommend this little gem of a space to anyone in the area who needs a quiet spot or a nice, well served drink. Adam in particular really took the time out to make sure we were looked after, a real credit to the ortganisation.

The Last Drop Village Hotel, hosts our monthly business networking group (Dynamic Networking). The service is exceptional and many of our attendees have commented on what a lovely venue it is. We've used 2 different function rooms so far (Demdyke and the Mimosa), and they have always been spotlessly clean and well presented, with staff on hand if we need anything during our events. Thanks to Stephen, Emma and all the team.

The staff were immediately friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for us. The Spa and pool is unique and fantastic, could stay in there all day. And our room in the Courtyard was clean and comfortable, all we could want in a quiet location.

Great pool and spa. Weather was cold and wet so it was inconvenient to be housed in cottages away from the main hotel. Breakfast was very expensive.

Good welcome, friendly and efficient staff in general. Room worn out, bathroom shabby and in dire need of a refurb. Restaurant menu confusing and overpriced. Could be good with a room overhaul.

I have visited this hotel before as the spa is fantastic. This visit our room was nice and the hotel staff were friendly however it seemed the hotel needs some refurbishment. There were signs of damp in certain common parts of the hotel and the shower waste pipe in our room was leaking which has made part of the bath panel rotten. Besides that it was an enjoyable stay and we will be back again.

I have to thank the team at The Last Drop for hosting our new Dynamic Networking group yesterday evening. Stephen and his colleague (sorry I didn't catch her name) looked after us perfectly. The room was lovely and clean and there was plenty of coffee and a choice of teas too for all our guests. It's been a while since I've been to the Last Drop myself, so it was a good nudge to remind me of how lovely the place is. See you again next month.

Really impressed by the room - number 73. Huge bathroom with bath, space, washbasin, space, large shower. Hot towel rail, fluffy towels etc.

Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Room was great. The pool area was perfect. I have stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed my stay. Sometimes I travel alone, but always feel safe and cosy.

Nice location and pleasing outside appearance. As we were just staying the night to go to a funeral we did not eat there or use the facilities. The rooms are quite dated but a reasonable size .Helpful and pleasant staff.

As usual we had a wonderfully relaxing break here. We dicovered the village, which is part of the hotel grounds, went to the tea shop and the gift/toy shop. The spa is wonderful...very clean and a. It is a real pleasure to sit in the hot spa and look over the hills. We had a small problem with the comfort of the bed, but this was remedied as soon as we reported it. It was our first time in the courtyard rooms, wonderfully spacious rooms.
Part of the hotel keeps its original features and the restaurant is part of the old stable block. When you go into that part of the hotel it is like walking along Diagon Alley, very atmospheric
