chilling and relaxing lovely hotel very relaxing and calming vibe! comfortable and chilled room service prices was very expensive for what it’s worth! paid £30+ for two very basic sandwiches at lunch time because of an extra £5 charge per person for ordering room service.

Had afternoon tea. Cakes and gorgeous sandwiches....the sandwiches were the best I've ever tasted.....and that's coming from a cook myself.

Booked this for sisters hen weekend. The spa was great staff friendly. We ate in the restaurant as part of the package. Food was ok! The bar was dreadful with little staff in but large queues! The rooms were very tired and in need of modernising but beds were very comfortable. Upgraded but seen no difference to others in our part who didn’t.

Nice place to stay with very friendly helpful staff. Gets noisy at weekends with all the weddings so you are better to choose a mid-week stay. Also the breakfast is freshly prepared mid-week but buffet-style at weekends.
Some very handy maps of local walks are available in the reception and these were very useful.
We stayed three nights and were disappointed that our room was not cleaned during that period. We were told on check-out that is the hotel policy and related to covid, but guests can request a clean. It would have been nice to have known this.
But overall pleased with our stay.

The hotel was easier to find than I remember as a child! It is a popular wedding venue so expect loud music into the wee hours on a Saturday night! Staff at breakfast were very friendly and chatty, as you would expect from lovely northern folk.

We stayed at the Last Drop, in an Executive Family Room, to attend a family Wedding - it was spacious enough for 3 adults and 1 child. Fantastic experience from arrival to departure. We requested an 'early check-in' if possible?? due to a 4hr drive of which was accomadated.
Our stay coincided with my 50th Birthday and a 'Happy Birthday' plate of chocolates & a splayed strawberry was delivered to our room, which was a lovely touch.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
The Wedding Suite was amazing and a fabulous time was had by all.
An excellent buffet breakfast set us up for our return journey back to Surrey.
Thank you to ALL of the staff, for such an enjoyable experience!!
If it wasn't so far away, we'd be going back this weekend to relax in the beautiful Spa.

Everything was good apart from the state of the Carpets in the courtyard room I was in. Looked filthy and smelt of wet dogs. Everything else was very clean and staff service was very good.

amazing location with very helpful staff and great facilities. Don’t bother eating at the bar unless you like overpriced the facilities were great - really loved the thermal hydrotherapy pool the fire alarm went off just as I was drifting off to sleep finally - apparently it was set off by another guest who had showered with their door open upstairs. maybe stronger fans in the bathroom would help. The food in the bar was overpriced and very bland

On arrival at the hotel, the car park was very full as there was 2 weddings on we were told – fortunately I managed to find a space on the overflow car park a distance away.

14 of us were here for a hen party. We checked in and were allocated our rooms. Some rooms were in the main building and some in the Spa annex.

Fortunately it was a very sunny day, so we stayed out in the grounds for the afternoon, having drinks and playing games – some of the girls used the spa facilities later in the day.

We had booked the dinner, bed and breakfast package and were asked to pre-order our evening meal ( two courses are included in the price) but that wasn’t a problem and the meal was very nice.

After the meal it was difficult to find anywhere to accommodate all of us together – the pub in the grounds, only outside seating but it was too cold to stay out.

Luckily, we found a side room, near reception and we stayed in there, playing more games and having drinks.

Breakfast next morning was the usual fare, nothing exciting and check out straight forward.

An enjoyable stay.

Me & my now husband got married at Last Drop on 30th April 2022 in the Penny Farthing Suite and it was AMAZING!!!!

From the start, our Wedding Coordinator Jacqueline has been our absolute rock. Nothing was an issue! We’re vegan so we asked for some other options from the menu - Jacqueline spoke with the head chef and then gave us multiple options for our wedding breakfast - starters, main courses, AND desserts! We were then stuck on what to pick (which when you’re eating out as a vegan NEVER happens!!!). We had some people at the wedding who have severe nut allergies, again, no issue! Jacqueline spoke with the head chef to ensure that nothing was served that had even been prepared near nuts! On the day they didn’t serve any alcohol that had nuts in or crisps either. I cannot fault Jacqueline whatsoever! She has held our hand throughout this whole experience (and due to covid, it turned out to be a long process haha). She’s been there through the excitement and the stress. Nothing was ever too much for her. I can’t praise her enough! On the day of the wedding she came to the room to check everything was okay and that I had everything I needed. All my bridal party were raving about her! They couldn’t believe how amazing she was! She even came the morning after the wedding but unfortunately we didn’t manage to see her due to being a little tender & still in bed haha! Thank you SO much Jacqueline! You are an absolute angel and the calm that EVERY bride & groom need!!!

On the wedding day our Master of Ceremonies was Nasser and wow, did he impress!! He showed us round the room the day before the wedding with Jacqueline to make sure that we were happy with everything, again, nothing was an issue! We asked for a table in the buffet room which he started to set up straight away so we knew this was all in hand! On the day, we were running a little behind schedule but there was no rush from him whatsoever! He completely made the day all about us and made us feel extra special. One of my favourite memories of the day was walking into the room being announced as husband and wife and let me tell you, you NEED Nasser to do this!!!! He got everyone on their feet, cheering & whistling! We honestly felt famous! It was amazing! He was there throughout the day overseeing everything and everything went perfect and I honestly put that down to both Jacqueline & Nasser. Thank you so much Nasser, you were absolutely brilliant!!

All the staff at Last Drop that have been involved in the wedding have been wonderful! We went for our taster for the Wedding Breakfast and we truly felt like Royals with how we were treated. The bridal suite was amazing and the reception staff were happy to be on call for ice buckets when a new bottle of champagne needed to be opened.

Everything has been perfect and I couldn’t recommend Last Drop enough!!! I have so many special memories of Last Drop from when I was a little girl to now so it made it extra special to get married there.

Thank you so much to everyone! You were all absolutely amazing and I’ll never forget this day ♥️

Had an amazing wedding day at last drop village in the harmony suite. Everything was perfect and couldn't have gone any better! With the help of liz our wedding planner to make our day extra special we couldn't of gone wrong. From start to finish everything was taken care of, the whole family had a great time and the staff couldn't of done any more for us all.

Well worth the few miles off the beaten path to reach this place! I was greeted with a friendly welcome which set up the rest of the stay. I stayed dinner bed and breakfast, which was good value and good quality, with quick and friendly service. The room was ok, it felt like aged quality, so could have done with a bit of tlc, but it did not detract from the stay. The leisure facilities are really good! A tired traveller can revive themselves in the pool or sauna and steam room. Or stare out of the indoor outdoor pool. Interesting also that it really is a little village, so if you do go be sure to explore properly, I missed the pub, which would have been a nice alternative to the hotel bar .... I will certainly stay again if I am in the area. Thanks to the staff for their friendly service!

Comfortable but far from outstanding. Staff were courteous and helpful. The room itself was basic but it was located in a pleasant ‘courtyard’. Though the hotel was busy the parking was adequate. The Last Drop used to offer fine views over to lovely countryside. It is now hemmed in by a drab housing estate. It’s charm has been sacrificed to property speculation. On one of the two mornings when I stayed, the ‘hot’ food in the buffet was barely warm.
