Good clean stay. Enjoyable. Cheap. Easy location. We enjoyed our visit, been a few times before. Would consider again in the future. I feel it's best suited for a couple's escape. The 3 course food deal is great but drinks are very expensive.

Pleasant
Bathroom was a bit grubby and the breakfast hot buffet had hardly any hot food- the demand for food outweighed what was available and the staff couldn’t keep the food coming quick enough. Long queues.

Chsitmas package. 4th time we have been over the years and is always good value for money. Only criticism this year was the lack of entertainment over the three days. Previous years we have seen pantomimes for the kids and general entertainment such as chrism as quizs, bingo and discos. Apart fro. That always a joy to come for the three days

Super
We stayed there for 4days just after Christmas. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. We stayed at the excequtive room with 2large dogs. Room was spacious with a super king size bed and two little arm chair and table . There was a big wardrobe with safe in there. The room has a large tv with lots of channels. Toilet was in the bathroom there was a hairdryer as well and shower gel in the bathroom. Our room was on the second floor overlooking to the spa area and amazing view to the nature and town. Very quiet . Spa area is amazing surprisely whenever we went it was quiet and never been packed so we always had a chance being their on our own. Which gives you an extra bonus relaxing feeling.There is 1 swimming pool with somemusic at night and the other area has 4sauna and the hot tub pool which is overlooking to the car park and in a far distance you can see some hills and town. Our booking was with breakfast . It was from 7-11am. There was full english and some bakery and joghurt and some Jam and honey, juices ,coffe ,tea . All you can eat style. There is a lots of different route for a nice walk with doggies. Amazing place!
I didn’t like the pillow it wasn’t comfortable. Our room never been topped up with coffe and tea and also they didn’t take our rubbish which we left right next to our bin in the black bin bag:/ On booking.com when i picked my room there was a sofa including but when we arrived they said they only have one of that kind of room and they gave us an other room without it, so it was a bit missleading that picture on this page. There is a construction going on just right opposite this hotel which ruined the whole view from our room and pool as well.
