We really enjoyed the swimming pool and spa area of the hotel. The vegan breakfast was excellent and one of the best hotel breakfasts that we have eaten since becoming vegan about three years ago. The room was clean and had every we needed, but nothing special to write about.
However we found the dinner a bit pricey for what we got. I would use the hotel again, but eat somewhere else in the evening.

Courtyard rooms nice & clean & quiet, evening meal had to wait a while and food quality was poor as previously been good. Spa facilities nice & clean but quite busy in pool at times. Value for money overnight stay but evening meal wasn’t as good as previous visits.

I was here for a wedding the food was excellent & had a great time thank you for a great day

Disappointing location, basically in a housing estate, not in a village as anticipated. Quite some way from local amenities.

Good hotel and spa/pool facilities. Enjoyed a good meal in the restaurant, nice location to walk around.
Nice to 7se the pool with the kids on a short break.

Family weekend trip The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the pool was great for my son. Overall the facilities were fine. It seemed very expensive for a standard of accommodation. Rooms and bathrooms were a bit dated but comfortable. The food and drinks were very expensive given the quality - there are limited other options locally, so you're a bit stuck with it

NIice hotel but more for families than couples.. Lovely hotel clean throughout with spa facilities. Food nice. Quite area located staff all nice in hotel good parking. Not enough adult time in spa areas for couples.. Children's times allowed in outweighed fully any adult only obviously people it seems coming in using Spa from local area..The hotel.need to look at this as at £152 pounds a night inc bfast we paid booked to be a special big birthday treat it just seemed a bit unfair? A let down unable to use the paid for facilities due to not much adult times. Children times should end at 6pm to let couples go in till 8pm. Ssdly would not reccomend as a get away romantic treat for adults or couples wanting to get away from it all, its more themed at families day and night. Did not enjoy our stay as a result..Paid way too much ! .

Attended a wedding there and everything was well organised. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good Friendly staff Food in restaurant not great, put in the rooms outside of the hotel which were clean but very tired looking would have rather had the choice to stay in the actual hotel

apart from the previous nice friendly good facilities nice location nice rooms we are elderly we in the highest floor with no lift was a problem fir us climbing the stairs with the luggage.

Great stay Stayed the night before my wedding. Great room really cheap. The spa was a great touch to settle to pre wedding nerves.

We got married here last weekend and it was perfect!
Our wedding planner Liz was amazing throughout the planning and on the actual day, nothing was too much trouble and she was so kind and supportive.

The venue and location was beautiful as was our suite.

The staff were all fabulous and made our day so easy, we literally had nothing to worry about as everything was done beautifully for our wedding.

We had day pass for spa, afternoon tea and hot stone massage. Both therapists were excellent. Loved the spa facilities and hydro pool. Afternoon tea was delicious. Would definitely go back.
Only slight negative got given stained towel but staff changed. Did see cleaner dragging used towels along floor to clean. Only criticism

Really enjoyed our experience, the infinity pool could do with a screen as it's slightly uncomfortable been watched by people going to their cars in the hotel car park(as you are just slightly elevated from the car park itself) apart from that the experience was very good with welcoming helpful staff.

Last Drop Village, , fabulous place for a short break. Surrounded by countryside. Always great staff and atmosphere. Food and service great. Miss the village tea shop.

My partner and I had some bad news back in February, which in turn, pushed us to ramp up the speed of planning our wedding dramatically. We went to the last drop a few years ago and had seen how lovely the venue was first hand so decided this would be the perfect place for us to start and see what they had to offer.
This is where we met the most amazing lady called Liz who immediately became a friend and helped us in every step of making our day special and a day to remember, and by god was it!!!
The venue is top class and all the staff cant do enough for you. Whether your in the bar or eating at the restaurant or even walking around the venue, the staff will always go out of there to make sure your having the bestest time!
On the day we were looked after by Naseer and Liz who didn't leave a stone unturned making sure we had a faultless perfect day.
The rooms are lovely and clean and the food is fantastic all round. The amazing value for money in the wedding packages they do is such a plus also and they will always cater to any special requirements or needs.
Every single member of the wedding party said what an incredible day and experience the day was and they will never forget it.
I couldn't recommend this beautiful venue enough and my partner and I really have met friends for life in all the staff but especially Liz who not only designed the most perfect day, but all the weeks running up to the day, checked in and always made us feel at ease and made what could have been a really stressful time, enjoyable and we cant thank her enough for what's she's done for us.
We cannot wait to return back in a couple of weeks to reminisce on the day and make more amazing memories.
