Decent hotel, nice room if a little dated. Dinner tasty and good breakfast. Excellent gym and spa facilities, poor phone signal in room however.

Only negative comment the furniture in my room didn’t lend itself to working. Had to use the ironing board because I couldn’t get my legs under the table.

Clean tidy rooms, friendly staff, good food and great facilities. The heated spa pool that goes outside to become an infinity pool with views is a nice touch. Finding a craft village at the back of the hotel with lots of small independent shops a bonus.

We stayed for one night at the Last Drop last week. The evening bar staff were very helpful and accommodating as my husband was on crutches so nothing was too much trouble for them. We enjoyed an excellent three course vegan menu in the bar in the evening - highly recommend this!!.
The deco in the bar and restaurant are in need of a refurb but the spa and pool and gym are what give this hotel its edge, as well as the location.

Very good accomodation, a bit quirky which adds to the charm. Breakfast excellent and bed comfy. Stayed here many times and the breakfast was as usual very good. The staff very helpful and friendly especially the reception. Like the fact the rooms are a bit quirky which really adds to the charm. Bed really comfortable. The heater in the bathroom wasn't working The housestaff supplied a portable heater in a timely manner so not a major issue

We booked a suite, family room and a double dog friendly room here to stay as our daughter was getting married at The Well-Being Farm which is 10/15 mins away.

The rooms were all clean and very comfortable as were the beds.

All the staff were excellent and a huge credit to the hotel.

The staff were all friendly & helpful. Location is great - if you are fit. In general the complex is not elderly - disabled friendly enough with parking difficult to access Reception. It is neccessary to specify ground floor room when booking as the room we were were allocated initially was unsuitable & although we were found an alternative that was still difficult for access.

Just got home from the most fantastic spa weekend with my other half. Beautiful retreat! I had 2 treatments and I honestly cannot speak highly of the experiences enough! The girls were lovely, when I went up they went through everything with me from start to finish. We made the most of the facilities (infinity pool, sauna, steam rooms etc) all very clean friendly areas. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat and would definitely book again. Thank you!

Staff are great Hot water was intermediate in the shower, and parking we spent one and half hour trying to get parking because they was holding a funfair on the grounds not fun when you have travelled five and a half hours to get there.

Birthday Treat/Mum & Daughter Time. Friendly staff, comfortable room, lovely food and excellent facilities. Especially the hydrotherapy pool which is open to the elements. It was like a little piece of heaven on earth. We have never seen anything like it. The temperature of the water was amazing. What a wonderful experience. We had 2 therapeutic treatments during our stay and the therapists were great on both occasions. We bought several ESPA products for ourselves and Christmas gifts Loved the setting and everything about the hotel & Spa. Already booked for the next treat. DOOR SLAMMERS Other guests letting their room door slam shut. This was happening all the time during our stay and was getting on our nerves. Can I suggest that notices would be a great idea, if only for those who are totally inconsiderate of other guests. The treatment relaxing area was chilly. There were quite a few comments being made about this.

Birthday Treat arranged through Wowcher .Afternoon Tea for 4 people at a 43% discount.Apparently it should have been £84.40 and I paid £48.00.Not good value at all. Tea Room "tired-looking" ,no table cloth, plain utility pottery, food very average.Cakes uninviting in appearance.
This Wowcher promotion does not enhance in any way the reputation of the Last Drop.
I will not be eating there again!
