this is such a frendly , family spirited place and so confortable. Not just good food, the wine is excellent, especially the Malbec! and the staff are all eager to make your stay what you would like to have everywhere. thank you for your service - clean and really confortable rooms, so the sleep is always excellent. i come here often enough and it remains top quality every visit.

Pleasant The overall facilities and the hotel was fantastic. The staff are great also. Felt very welcomed. Breakfast was good also. The only downside to the stay was that we were placed in a room right next to the lobby. Room 59. And there was too much noise from all the other patrons that kept us up late during the night. The only let down is the room we were in, I felt as though we could have been given a better room. But besides that all was great.

We love this place. Used the NHS discount which included a 2 course meal which was lovely.
Special mention for Zoe who really is super friendly and warm and for whom nothing is too much trouble.
I'm sat here reading in the bar and despite being very busy is still checking in with me to see you are OK. She really is an asset to this place.

Had a spa day with the Be Relax treatment and lunch in the restaurant. We had a great day, helpful friendly staff, good food and service in the restaurant. Leanne was my therapist, Leanne is friendly, informative and quickly puts you at ease. Leanne provided information regarding further treatments and suggested skincare products. This was not a 'pushy' selling of products just helpful suggestions. Thank you Leanne, I will be back 😁😁 xx

Nice place but not what I was expecting; now surrounded by new build houses and more being built.

Great venue, lovely gardens, best roast beef ever, comfortable rooms, good food although there was no porridge at breakfast buffet but that wasn't a problem for the very helpful staff as they went & made me a bowl & it was delicious, I had a 2 night stay slept comfortably brilliant showers spotless room & ate great food, and a big thank you to all the staff who work so hard to please you.

It was fine, but was woken up at 8 am by an extremely loud alarm just outside the window
Room was fine, but felt overlooked
Towels were a bit thin and the full length mirror was very odd. Reflection very elongated. Was staying for an evening function so didn’t eat in the restaurant. It looked nice though
Was going to use the pool, but too busy

Had a lovely spa break, however we were disappointed that we could not access the spa until after 2pm check in, and that, unlike other places, we could not stay after the 11am check out. We had to leave a lot earlier than we anticipated. This put a bit of a damper on our stay.

We had our wedding at The Last Drop in August and our guests couldn't speak more highly of the "best day ever". From start to finish we were looked after by Liz and apart from a few hiccups with the booked rooms, everything was near perfect and I cannot thank her enough for her part in making the day that little bit more perfect. We will be back to stay very soon!

The executive room was big, room service was good and the staff are lovely. The breakfast was nice and the evening mega was delicious if not pricey. It was a shame the swim up pool overlooks the car park but didn’t stop us from relaxing and having a good time. My biggest issue was the hard bed but I think that’s personal preference, I like a softer mattress

It was a pleasant couple of nights in a location which I have known since 1968. Staff excellent, friendly and helpful.Room rather remote in “executive wing” but spacious.Lighting in room poor for reading and WiFi connection poor.Arrangements for friends to join me for dinner (with their small dog) most helpful and excellent service.Room service good. Sadly the area around the Last Drop Village has been vandalised since my last stay by intrusive Legoland-like housing on a huge scale in close proximity and I hope that will intrude no further onto the moorland ground and Golf Course above the hotel which provide much needed fresh air.Otherwise, see above re the walk out to the Executive Wing (I’m old!)and WiFi limitations.
