We stayed for 2 nights and its very comfortable apart from it being stifling hot in the rooms, there is no air con although there are fans available so none of us slept well. It made it very uncomfortable for sleeping especially in a family room.
Breakfast is plentiful although the cooked option is sparse, thrown together slightly but tasty. If you're gluten free, don't be surprised if there is no option for toast or other morning goods.
The spa is very popular and we really enjoyed it, fluffy towels and the lockers were clean.

If you don’t have high expectations, then it’s acceptable. The room is clean, but you can’t really walk on the carpet without shoes because it’s dirty. The swimming pool is quite small, and the pool in the spa area does not reflect the view shown in the photos online. It’s very warm, and there is no air conditioning or fan. The reception staff are kind and try to help with everything.

Recently visited on a weekday for afternoon tea, a 50 minute massage and use of spa facilities. Sandwich selection was poor, especially for vegetarians. Unfortunately one of the sandwiches consisted of butter and a slice of red pepper. Our server was a younger lady who could have been more polite (not saying thank you after taking drinks order and instead just silently walked away). Massage was peaceful and relaxing. Spa facilities had a good selection of steam rooms/ saunas and it wasn’t too busy.

We had a courtyard room as we had a dog, staying for 3 nights. Room was clean and suitable to our needs.
Lovely walks from hotel were a bonus.
Reception staff were all lovely and accommodating, but breakfast staff were something else. Very rushed service, asking preferred drinks before we sat at our table. Asking for cooked choice whilst eating our cereal, placing order on iPad and then serving it before we had finished. Sent it back saying we were still eating. When it was served it was cold.
Not one staff served a meal and attempted to clear any dishes from the table.
Overall breakfast service very poor!
Later asked at reception for 4teabags and milks as we were leaving next morning and they said someone would bring to room.
Girl knocked on door with a pedal bin liner full of teabags and milks, just rediculous!!
Noticed tables in lounge area next to reception had dirty plates during the afternoons, just no need
Overall disappointed.

The facilities are great, but they get busy. Staff are friendly, rooms are nice, and the food was great.

It is a beautiful place i was recently there for my 1 year anniversary and it was stunning. Bed was comfy everything was perfect.
Only thing I would say is breakfast has changed from the last time I went and for 18 pound I dont think is very worth it for what you get. And you also get woken up at 7am with doors banging with people going in and out which isn't nice when u go for a nice and relaxing, peaceful night away.

Absolutely loved our couple of nights stay here! Relaxing, recharging stay ♡♡
Delicious food in the Inn, excellent breakfast. Fantastic pool and thermal experience. Also had a hot stone massage ~ was excellent!!! Highly recommend! Good location for good walks.. Also good location if you fancy venturing out to local pubs. We visited the Cross Guns on the Saturday night, delicious food & live entertainment. Only thing that would improve the rooms.. more tea & coffee supplies & shower gel and soap. Also, we had a very long wait for food at nighttime in the Village inn, after booking a table on check in.. no tables were free for 25 minutes, then long wait for food. Parts of my meal were tepid, so sent it back. This was replaced and delicious, but my partner had eaten by the time i got mine.
Staff are fantastic throughout the qhile of the Last Drop Village❣️ We will definitely return.

We went for a spa day and spending a night. It's so wonderful and good facilities. The room was a bit old, but it's clean enough. Overall, the experiences were nice.

Went for afternoon tea the place was lovely
Service was a bit slow
But when we finally got our afternoon tea it was very nice and plenty of it.
My gluten free was very tasty.
It came with a glass of proseco and tea.
The young gentleman who served us was very friendly and helpful making sure everything was okay and explained everything that we were eating.
I would recommend going here.
I would even stay there overnight.

Top quality hotel, great staff and relaxing vibe throughout. Nice restaurant as well. Rooms are ok, bed was very hard which was was surprising, they should make them more comfortable. The spa is delightful. Could do with more tv screens in bar area for various sports as only one was there and it’s always whoever plants the flag gets to choose what plays on it. There aren’t really many places locally to walk to if needed so would be nice if there was a snack machine or options they sell at the bar to take with you to the room.

Another fabulous stay at The Last Drop Village! From the professional staff who make you feel well looked after and at home, to the comfortable beds with luxury linen, super clean bathrooms, beautiful pool and delicious, well presented breakfast we really enjoyed our stay. Probably the best hotel in Bolton and the surrounding area.
Special thanks to Courtney who was great looking after us at breakfast.
We'd love to come back.
