I first made an enquiry about a Discovery Sport after looking on the Land Rover site, I was then called by their customer service team to book an appointment / test drive. I was greeted by the reception staff on the agreed date (who were very welcoming) before being introduced to George in sales. George went over all the details of the car before taking me out on a test drive. George was very knowledgeable about the Discovery. A few days later I received a call from Farnell’s customer service team (again very polite and professional) where I was put in contact with Paul Maloney. Paul and I went over the Discovery and options available to me and I agreed the purchase. Paul was very helpful at every step. After speaking with Paul I revisited to make sure the Discovery was right for me and my family, again we were welcomed by the friendly reception team before waiting to be met by Ryan Street (the waiting area is very nice, with normal tea, coffee and cold drink facilities but with the added bonus of fresh cakes - my little one enjoyed a slice or two :-) ). From this point on I dealt with Ryan. Ryan answered all my questions (I sent him many by email) and he kept me informed along the way prior to our collection date.

The collection was fantastic, had the necessary paper work to complete but this gave the family extra time to enjoy a drink and another slice of cake! The car looked perfection in the collection bay and Ryan’s handover was faultless!

This is our first Land Rover after moving from German cars and we are very much looking forward to Land Rover ownership. I would highly recommend a visit to Farnell Bolton should you be looking at one of their vehicles

Took my car in last Friday, job was completed in 20 minutes and no charge. I was looked after from the moment I walked in. Great to see a firm concentrating on customer service - cannot fault the experience.

Fantastic service. Took my Defender in for a whining noise and it’s first MOT. Technician came with me (Bryn) who knows Defenders like the back of his hand and identified it quickly. Had the car delivered back to me the next day as I was stuck at work fresh with a new MOT. I’ve had my issues before with this dealership however they seem to have turned it around and feels a much more efficient and nicer place to be. Really like the video updates I get on the car too - nice touch. Big thumbs up to Bryn who went over and above with my trusty Defender.

+++ I MUST DISAGREE WITH MOST OF THE FEEDBACKS LEFT FOR THIS DEALER BECAUSE WHAT I EXPERIENCED WAS A 10/10. EVEN KNOW THE LADY WHO LOOKED AFTER ME IS BEING THERE ONLY 3 MONTHS SHE HAD AMAZING PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WAS ANWSERED ALL OF THE 100s OF QUESTIONS I HAD. WE GONE ON A TEST-DRIVE AFTER THE BEST COFFE I HAD FOR A WHILE AND THE NEW VELAR DELIVERED+++ THANK YOU L.UCY+++
