As I have had 2xe's now 1petrol 1 diesel.
Unfortunately not purchased form here not they're fault I live further away that's all wish I had though!.
Have been here with both cars now for either repairs or service/check up work .these guys are in a league of their own compared to other dealerships out there. F1 standard organised,clean, realiable punctual and excellent customer service tell you any thing you need to about pricing/parts labourer etc and do everything they can to get you on back on the road asap!
If anyone needs help with there land rover or jaguar and don't mind driving a couple of hours or are thinking of purchasing a one go here you must certainly won't be disappointed .
They definitely have costumer here while am driving a jaguar !

Has from the minute you walk in the door at vertu land rover Bolton, the reception was unbelievable, from the receptist to the sale people. Which in my opinion they are an asset to the company .

Parts department very helpful, from my initial, promptly answered telephone ☎️ call to the collection of the part ordered.
What a pity that this dealership isn't my local agent.

I am so grateful to Sarah Kelly at Vertu Land Rover, Bolton. She was the sales consultant handling the sale/ delivery of my new Range Rover Sport HST and she was absolutely brilliant. Sarah kept me regularly updated on progress for delivery and met me in person when I collected the car from the dealership.
Sarah was unfailingly patient in responding to my many queries and provided additional advice on insurance for tyres/ alloys as well as seat covers. I could not be more delighted with my new car and I cannot recommend enough Sarah Kelly along with the wider team Vertu Land Rover, Bolton - it was great to meet them when I collected the car in person.

Collected my brand new velar 15th Dec Erika smiley and Simon Warburton were so professional and imho the best members of staff at Bolton they both went the extra mile. There were factory faults when collecting the car. So Simon arranged for the car to be fixed in January. When taking car in for the repairs Erika walked by where I was sat waiting, and stopped to say hello she even remembered my name very impressed. Simon and Erika have communicated well on every single matter. They also gave me a courtesy car whist my car was in. On collecting the car today, Simon was outside working on a car he was due to sell today. He spotted me imediatly and we had a great chat and catch up. It was like talking to a friend. He could not do more to help and I left very happy with the strong feeling they really care. Simon Warburton and Erika smiley deserve a medal and are such an asset to vertu Bolton thank you thank you and thank you again regards Peter Barnes

I've just purchased a used F-type from Vertu Bolton. First off, the car was competitively priced verses other Jaguar dealerships. The facilities are excellent. The staff didn't leave me hanging around or made me feel like I was being ignored. David P helped me with my purchase, he wasn't pushy in any way at all, answered all my questions and arranged an instant test drive. The presentation of the car on taking it away as the owner was very impressive. I have to say the experience from beginning to end was flawless.

This is experience based on service department. Although expensive, the attitude of forceful selling has changed and the staff now seem to be more customer friendly which wants you to go there. In the past you used to be lied to about unnecessary needs on the car to make up the service sales figures (I guess)! Anyway the new helpful attitude and more customer orientated approach is great. Harrison has been one of the best customer friendly, helpful and honest rep and rely pleased with approach and attitude.

To one of my jags in for a service very helpful very polite very professional explained what had gone on with Jaguar and Warrington wasnât pushy didnât have to wait around too long bought myself a Land Rover why was there no problems to my time flew through quite a few cars came out with all the keys allowed test driving would recommend

Needed parts urgently, if I didn't get them we couldn't go on holiday. Matt in parts went out of his way to leave the parts with the sales staff so I could collect them when parts dept was closed. Saved the day! Cheers.
