My experience from buying a car from Land Rover Bolton including Declan and Oliver has been beyond exceptional! The complete professionalism shown on such a quick turn around in an emergency situation was out standing - I was let down last minute from another dealership and after speaking with Declan I had a vehicle secured and was awaiting delivery in what I believe was potentially less than a week! Oliver played his part in making me feel valued and giving me an amazing discount. Declan put up with my worrying text messages up until 11pm some nights I believe - This dealership in particular has now gained a forever customer and I cannot thank you enough for the amazing treatment received considering the circumstances of COVID and finally for how absolutely out of this world my new Range Rover Sport P400e HSE is - its a dream, once again - Thank you!

Just bought our first Land Rover from Farnell Land Rover Bolton and despite the COVID restrictions the experience was great. Simple and straightforward with no messing around. Declan Phillips was really helpful and got us a great deal. We were really impressed with the service from start to end and given the complicated times we are in, Declan made this very easy for us.

Iâve given Farnell Land Rover Bolton 5 stars because all the team especially Tony Green were absolutely fabulous. The Covid restrictions can pour cold water on what is normally a very enjoyable experience, because after all we donât buy a new car every day.
Tony went above and beyond to make it special. He sent me a number of videos unveiling one of them like at new model launch. We really couldnât make up our mind to begin with and Tony was very patient and helpful, even offering to wrap a car because we didnât like the colour. Finally we made our decision and we purchased the 1st car Tony had shown us!
We picked it up with the Covid safe Restrictions made clear to us. If you are in the market for Land Rover or Jaguar I would definitely give them a call.

Purchased an Ex Demo Range Rover Velar and we were delighted with the level of service provided by Declan Phillips. We bought the car without seeing it in person, however Declan kindly put together a very informative video clip to talk show us around the car. I found that the level of communication was excellent and we were given a fair value for for Audi Q5. When I collected my car, the garage had a great range of cars on display and our car had been very well prepared. I would not hesitate in recommending Farnell Land Rover Bolton and would certainly recommend speaking to Declan who was extremely helpful.

We have purchased a couple of cars from Farnell Bolton over the years & know the team well. So after having our car window smashed we drove straight there so that they could secure it for us. Plus we weren't quite sure what to do under the circumstances! They were absolutely brilliant! We met Andy (salesman) & he took care of us & assured us that they would keep our car secure until the window could be replaced. Martyn (service supervisor) liaised with us throughout despite it actually having nothing to do with them! They were a huge help & we cannot thank them enough. Their kindness & willing to help got us out of a messy situation & meant that we could secure our car! They went above & beyond what we expected in terms of aftercare & we truly appreciate their help & kindness. Its very much appreciated.

After a slightly sticky start with the dealership Paul stepped in, both himself and Declan couldn't have been more helpful and certainly went the extra mile. (hence the 5 stars) The handover and explanation of all the controls had to be completed over FaceTime (due to social distancing requirements) and because of this I had reason to contact Declan several times with questions. Declan has been great, very friendly, an asset to the dealership.

Just bought a car from Farnell Jaguar. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Treated like royalty. The car was the best price on the internet, and they did everything that we asked. Took the extended Defender test drive which was relatively straight forward. The car is great and on my list to replace my current vehicle. The dealership is well stocked but welcome was like warm hence the rating.
