5* experience at Farnells Bolton, we had the pleasure of dealing with both Paul and Andy who were fantastic throughout the whole experience of purchasing our new Velar. Called at dealership for a test drive in a Jaguar XE. Spacious modern showroom with a selection of all Land Rover and Jaguar current vehicle. I found the staff to very helpful, friendly and professional. With regard to the vehicle provided for the unaccompanied test drive it was obsolete pristine. If you are not in the market for a new vehicle there is and excellent selection of good quality used vehicles. If you are concerned with either taking a test drive or visiting the site because of covid19, don't worry I felt perfectly safe. The dealership represents Jaguar Land Rover in a good way.

Sarah Kelly was amazing with myself and my wife when we came in to test drive the Disco Sport and Jag F-Pace, she sent us a really nice unique video before hand and welcomed us at the showroom with a lovely smile. We did not feel rushed or anything, we felt we could ask any questions and Sarah was very knowledgeable about finance etc. We have placed an order for July and it couldnât have been easier. Hopefully we will get it a bit sooner, I canât wait! But itâll be worth waiting for. We are quite a young couple and weâre slightly worried we wouldnât be taken seriously re. Affordability etc. As we were made to feel like this from other showrooms, but this wasnât the case at all. Thank you Sarah for making our visit so enjoyable and thanks to the rest of the staff as well for making us feel so welcome. See you in July (hopefully sooner!)
