My car was in for repair today and I was very impressed with excellent service took my car in at the allotted time and was greeted and dealt with quickly and efficiently. I was updated by the service engineer and the admin staff during the day and my car and keys were waiting for me when I went to pick up my vehicle repair was explained we are quick to complain about bad service and I feel the excellent service I received at farnell Bolton should be praised thank you for a nice experience

Aftercare is good too. One small query I had was dealt with swiftly by the salesman I dealt with. Booking in for service is a joy. If you need to wait, you can work in one of the quiet working pods at the side of the showroom.
