Nice hotel, we was in a lovely refurbished room , comfy bed & good shower.
Only bad point was the window was dirty.

Good size rooms. Beautiful modern bathroom. Everywhere was spotless. Good food especially breakfast. I would certain return..👍👍👍

Staff are fantastic, receptionists lady on duty was exceptional,nice, friendly and very helpful. The gentleman standing nearby though was not involved with me, he seemed lovely and kept a smile on his face. The dinner young man was also exceptional, dinner service was good, food presentation was faboluous and tasted nice. Room was well made, clean and everything sparkling white and exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast gentleman was friendly and helpful especially when i requested fir stronger coffee he helped, the breakfast was good and tasty. What a lovely place to stay. I will be back.

Really great staff - very accomodating. Very freindly and the hotel is easy to find and convenient in Bolton. Parking here is free subject to availibility - which is great as most IHG sites charge north of 16 gbp per night. Very impressed by general service too - offered extended checkout and provided baby cot too. Any issues were ironed out professionally and quickly too. So why only 3 stars? I just wish there was a bath as well as a shower in the room and the toilets are very small. This may be dependent on the rooms booked - but both of ours only had a shower and were tiny. I also would have preferred if they honoured the NHS discount that they promise online - even though i booked direct - this didn't seem to happen. Would i stay again if i visit Bolton? Absolutely - it would be my first - go to choice :)

Reception staff are great but after being at the hotel for 3 weeks for business this week I have been let down. Security is a mess. The hotel was broken into on the 13th . Guests were not informed. Then broken into again on the 16th where from what I thought was a looked room as I was the only one with the key card. My laptop, handbag and training kit was stolen. The manager was not concerned!!!!!! The police informed me that the hotel was broken into the same way on the 13th.
The door from the kitchen to the training room was not locked which I did not know. Their is no security cameras or alarmed fire exits at the back of the building.
The manager basically said it was my fault for leaving my laptop and handbag in the training room whilst I went to the toilet.
Even when i asked for insurance details to claim to replace all that was taken. He said I could not claim off the hotel as it was my fault.
I do not recommend this hotel until security is improved.
The menu is over priced for the portion sizes and the managers attitude is terrible.

Lovely room, great staff... Only trouble is that none of the doors are soft close... So from 6am until past midnight all you can hear are heavy doors slamming! Not great when you're there for work!

We had our works Christmas party here, we had a good time. Prices of drinks a little expensive. £4.75 a pint, £5.55 a glass of wine.

It is a great venue for NEU Meetings and quite close to Bolton town centre.

It was quite cold here no heating had a hole in my toilet door which had been filled kettle was faulty only enough coffee for two coffee.staff were friendly however and pleasant
