Nice Hotel, let down with meal
The room was clean, the shower amazing, bed comfortable, breakfast great.
Having to eat in the lounge area with guests arriving for functions. Was brought starter and main together very disappointed.

Excellent night stop over
Excellent from start too finish.. very helpful smiley staff, Lovely clean room , nice bar areas , good parking and fab breakfast what else could you possibly want

Not great breakfast
Breakfast choices have got worse every time we've stayed here. No options for gluten or dairy free. Again no pastries. We paid for breakfast but were told we weren't on the list. Had to get reception to speak to the restaurant staff and confirm we had paid. After all that the choices were so poor we went to sainsburys

Good hotel for both business and leisure
1) Location was good as it was near the Bolton city centre and near several bus stops (good for me as i travelled via bus to work). 2) Breakfast was great. Definitely the best I've had in an European hotel. Liked the pastries and the self service coffee machine. 3) Restaurant food (i.e. dinner) was great too. 4) Staff were generally helpful.
1) Lack of laundry service - fortunately there were a couple of laundry companies in the area. 2) Lack of TV guide - it will be useful to have one in the room, otherwise guests will have to manually record the channels in the room. 3) Lack of complimentary bottled water - it's surprising that there was none at all given that it's a IHG hotel

Room was very nice. Bathroom gave me some ideas on décor for my own bathroom. Staff were 10 out of 10.

Breakfast was horrible plus there wasn't enough food so you had to get a bit then wait for other stuff by the time the rest came out all the previous food you had got had gone cold. I also put my going out clothes on the hangers in the wardrobe and they came out super dusty.

Room absolutely great, breakfast good but vegetarian sausages and bacon would be nice. Really comfy bed. Staff were excellent so helpful, friendly and courteous. Loved it all. Big thank you to everyone for making my stay so good.
Would have liked some more vegetarian options especially at breakfast.
