Lucky enough to get a last minute booking for the night of the Ironman Event. My husband was taking part in the event and we wanted somewhere local to crash near by afterwards.
At check in I was greeted by a lovely helpful lady who upgraded us to a suite.
We were in room 423. Very large room with corner sofa. Bathroom had a bath and a separate shower with nice Dove Shampoo & body wash.
Loads of plug sockets. Only thing it lacked was a mini fridge.
I went down and ordered food and this was ready to be collected within 15mins. The Vegan pizza was spot on. I wouldn’t recommend the Ravioli which was not cooked and still cold and hard.
Breakfast was a standard buffet. Had plenty of choice.
All in all if you are looking for a well priced hotel in Central Bolton this is well worth a stay.

The staff were really friendly, room was nice.
The room has a lot of lights on the TV that made it a bit difficult to get to sleep. Also the hallway lights are on all evening and shining through the door frame. The room was very bright and took a while to sleep.

We needed to leave early, before breakfast and unfortunately the team were unable to provide grab bag breakfasts however Linzi magically manage to conjure up fruit and yoghurts that we gratefully received. Excellent customer care, thank you so much.
