Excellent experience when using this firm to purchase our house. Communications were very quick, and always helpful. We’ve recently sold our home and had the pleasure of dealing with Rebekah Jenkins who managed our very turbulent sale, she was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Extremely responsive, always there to answer any questions we have and was very informative. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. I didn’t have much faith in conveyancing solicitors after my previous dealings with another firm however ADK Law have changed my view on that and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell/buy a property! I would really recommend ADK law because of competitive prices, no hidden costs & great service. I was very happy to have Saba as my conveyancer. We have dealt with Rebekah from ADK for our first time purchase recently. She was absolutely brilliant and so reachable and responsive. Everything was fabulous and on time. Unfortunately in the end our mortgage offer was conditional on only being able to use law firms from a certain approved panel but Rebekah was amazing and worked with us to transfer all files promptly to our new conveyancer. Great service from ADK Law, First time buyer. Tom explained each bit of the process really well, They found out the second day after we put the offer in that it had been marketed as a freehold when it was actually leasehold. very responsive to emails. Will call to go through any concerns. we felt at the very end Tom and William went out their way to get us exchanged as quickly as possible and it was the sellers solicitors that was the hold up.

Tom Ellor was brilliant throughout, a real credit to ADK. Very professional and thorough and always kept us updated and responded to emails swiftly. On top of this they were great value for money, we were a little apprehensive as to the quality of work we would get with the price being so competitive but I would say its the best conveyancing experience I've had, from Tom in particular but also everyone else we spoke to at the firm. We will be using Tom again in the future for sure.

Rebekah Jenkins is a credit to ADK. On every occasion that I’ve used ADK I’ve always been very satisfied with their service. They are all very friendly and helpful, everyone can’t seem to do enough for you, and when the task is completed and it’s time to pay the bill it always seems such very good value, no matter how much work has been done or how complicated things have been.
