Having used a more local law firm twice and being underwhelmed with the arrogant attitude most lawyers seem to have I decided to use ADK. Zahra Khan handled both my sale and purchase . I found her very down to earth and easy to speak to .
The conveyance was swift and she has none of the uppity demeanour found with most other solicitors.

From beginning to end, the experience was great, and we had no troubles, unlike our buyers, who had significant difficulties with their solicitors. We were overall delayed because of the buyer's counsel, but I know my solicitor did everything she could to move the transaction forward. We did, however, make it in the end last week! When we received our bill, there were no hidden expenses. They were really aggressive and professional while remaining extremely approachable. I would wholeheartedly suggest them.

We have used this company once already in respect of the sale of a property and found them time effective and responsive to emails and telephone queries throughout the process to the extent that any delays were due to other parties involved in the process. Our point of contact there William Speakman was always friendly, polite and constantly on top of any issues raised during the process and in my opinion you can't ask for anything else. We were so pleased with their performance that didn't see the need to canvas the services of anybody else when undertaking the purchase of another property recently.

I have just sold my leasehold flat which was complicated and fell through once (major works issues). Despite all the additional work ADK did, my bill was still £450 cheaper than I was quoted by another firm! Excellent value for money!!!

I hadn’t worked with ADK solicitors previously but have engaged their services for conveyancing. The initial response from Sofia was excellent and the professional service from Jinni had been truly outstanding. The sale itself wasn’t straight forward but Jinni kept me up to date and every stage. She has always been clear and transparent and nothing has been too much trouble for her!
