I was recommended ADK Law Solicitors, they have just finalised everything and got me a completion date, everyone gets their at one stage, however the professionalism and responsivness throughout was outstanding. Did not take long at all, and there was alot of paperwork for this specifc house. Amazing job by the team, cant thank them enough, 100% reccomend ADK to whomever looking for solicitors.

We were referred to ADK Law by the Conveyancing Index comparison site and chose to use them for our house purchase in Sheffield because the reviews were good, and the price was very competitive. We were delighted with the service... Our solicitor (Bilal Khan) was excellent. He responded extremely quickly to emails and phoned as a couple of times when he needed to clarify more urgent matters. Bilal was a pleasure to deal with - always polite, friendly, and professional. Everything went through without delays (we instructed ADK Law on 7th June and had completed by September 17th). We would happily use ADK again.

First house purchase and was advised not to use a solicitor that wasn’t local to me but took a risk and went with ADK law who were very competitively priced.
Lorna delays with my conveyancing from start to finish and was superb! It was a leasehold property with lease extensions and all sorts of issues that could have slowed things down but Lorna was fast to act on everything.
I’ll definitely be using them again and I’ll be requesting Lorna!

Just want to say a huge thank you to Zain for dealing with our sale in a quick and professional manner. Every time I rang, Zain would always answer any queries I had and ensured he kept me updated at all times which really helps. He was very helpful and always ensured he done his best. Dealing with other solicitors in the past, my experience with him has been the best to date as he always ensured he rang me back, emailed me back and continued to reassure us until our sale went through. There was nothing I could fault throughout the process of selling our house. Lorna who dealt with us responded to everything almost as soon as I pressed send or had time to log off. I was keen to complete my house sale before the end of the Stamp Duty Holiday. This required a lot of effort from my solicitor, Iqra. But she really grafted and got it completed. She was super professional and very hard working. I would definitely recommend her in particular and this firm of solicitors in general.

Great experience with ADK Law. We were assigned Zain as our solicitor and he was excellent. Unfortunately our mortgage fell through due the house being down valued and the deposit we paid Zain was returned in full. Spoke to Zain on the phone a few times and he was very kind and helpful.

A comparison conveyancing platform put me in touch with ADK Law Solicitors. When I signed up for their services I wasn't aware of that solicitors aren't able to deal with all mortgage lenders. This had slightly restricted me in terms of picking a mortgage offer; however, there was a brilliant deal on the market with Halifax that was compatible with ADK Law Solicitors. Although ADK is a small firm they've kept a level headed service. I.e. They took on what they could manage.
They have immediately contacted me to gather information and started the process of purchasing. Despite the fact that we weren't in a chain, and expected a straight purchase (myself and the seller) we have completed many weeks later to my expected timeframe. My dedicated solicitor Zain, had handled my case from the beginning to the end with more than enough passion and experience. My seller's solicitor - namely - Premier Property Lawyers - where extremely unresponsive, to the point where ADK Lawyers had to contact them on the daily basis to squeeze information out of them. I've ended up threatening the seller/estate agent, because Premier Property Lawyers (who in fact are compatible with most of the mortgage offers) weren't proactive whatsoever. To go into details, they have no direct phone lines to individual solicitors. In fact I, as a non customer of theirs tried getting in touch with PPL numerous times with very little success and experienced awful service. My purchase had been made difficult by PPL and delayed it by about 3 weeks. (excluding the pressuring time)
I can only just praise Zain who helped me to become a proud house owner and kept me going in times I've already given up.

Mr Inaam and Mr Bilal were very helpful and responsive throught out our conveyancing journey. The rates are also reasonable.
Mr Inaam was personally dealing with our case and he has been responsive throughout. All our phones calls and questions were answered. There was a long delay from the vendors side and it took us more than 6 months to get to completion. But it was all taken care of and we finally completed our house purchase on 28/06/2021.
My mortgage offer deadline even expired but I am glad Inaam sorted out everything last minute, during our 14 day grace period so we did not have to apply for a new mortgage. Inaam understood our situation and sorted everything as we instructed him to. We had to chase up things alot during our last month but that is quite common during conveyancing and all our enquiries were dealt timely. As first time buyers we were not familiar with the conveyancing process but we were guided well during every step of the process. I am so glad to be finally on a property ladder.
I would definitely recommend Mr Inaam and Mr Bilal from Adk law to everyone. Best of Luck for the future!

We exchanged contracts for our house purchase recently after many months of stressful negotiations with the seller and their very awkward solicitor. We are extremely grateful to have had Inaam as our solicitor thoughout the process – he was efficient and responsive. Without his help its highly unlikely we would have made the stamp duty deadline. Used ADK Law to sell an apartment and a very good service was offered by Nafisa and Komal. The sale was not straightforward as one of the buyers pulled out and the other party’s solicitors were very unresponsive. We also needed to sell quickly and ADK worked hard to push the sale through on time. The firm was very responsive, and quickly answered my many phone calls and emails.
