We recently used ADK Law Solicitors for our house purchase and had a really positive experience throughout.
Natalie was fantastic from the beginning and was professional, helpful, and always supportive during what can be quite a stressful process. Partway through, she unfortunately had to go on urgent annual leave, but Lucy took over our case seamlessly.
Lucy was absolutely amazing. She was extremely responsive, kept us updated, and worked hard to ensure everything continued moving smoothly right through to exchange. Her communication was excellent and she really helped reduce the stress at a crucial stage.

Lucy Bates supported us with the purchase of our first home. She was incredibly thorough, explained everything to us in detail and suggested searches/checks that we hadn’t considered. I used ADK Law Solicitors for my house sale. Even though the first purchase didn't go through due to the buyer's last minute change of mind, we got there the second time. I found them very efficient, I didn't have any delays with paperwork and they were very helpful explaining everything. I mainly dealt with Rahbia who was brilliant! I also found that their payment structure was very transparent, so no surprises in the fees. Good pricing! I would highly recommend them and I'd be using them again for house purchase/sale.

I have worked with Lorna and her team over several years on multiple transactions some of which have been quite complex, and they are complete treasures - a key, trusted part of my team. I used this solicitors firm for the sale of my purchase and was allocated Tom Ellor who in my opinion was the best I’ve dealt with. Tom worked fast, communication was excellent throughout and went over and beyond for me and ensuring the sale didn’t fall through given some complications relating to my freehold registry. I would recommend this firm and Tom in particular whole heartedly. Very reasonable fees and no surprises along the way. Thank you so much guys.
