From the outset the speed and efficiency was a breath of fresh air. Local agents tried to dissuade us from using online but we had had experience locally which was not great and expensive. ADK , in particular , Bilal Khan was exceptional - in many years of property dealings between us this was the best service received by a country mile - you email and rarely waited more than 30 minutes for a reply. Always helpful and did what was asked immediately and kept us fully informed at all times. This was a difficult transaction , probably one of the worst we had had but Bilal was brilliant throughout - could not commend highly enough.

Amazing much more help than expected...Had a lot of trouble with my camera system tried helping but was unable as I couldn't get my system back on the Internet..Took it back to shop diagnosed problems in seconds and sent me all the information needed an constantly on the phone helping to make sure all was going well.5 stars isn't enough..Thank you so much ASIM..A credit to your company an I am so pleased with the out come as all working now

Transaction was handled professionally and expeditiously and we were kept informed throughout On the day of completion the line of communication to Rahbia was clear and she responded immediately, thereby ensuring we completed on time but not before last minute issues were resolved. Tom was incredible throughout. Buying our first home and he took us through every step of the process as well as advised us what we need to look out for and what we should be paying for so we did not overspend!
