ADK did the conveyancing for my property purchase. They were recommended to me by two separate friends who do not know each other. I was very impressed with the service. Rebekah Jenkins was my solicitor and she was knowledgeable and responsive. Fees were not cheap but reasonable and worth it for the service. Would recommend.

Jinni, was great in dealing the purchase of my property. Quick to respond and provide guidance. She made the whole process so easy and simple.

Our sale was very straightforward.
Our purchase became challenging as the developers of the new build had failed to recognise that they had not aligned the HMLR registered boundary with the property boundary.
Our contact at ADK Law was Lucy. Notwithstanding 3 potential completion dates passing due to delays in process which were outside her control, Lucy was very patient and supportive throughout.
I used this firm for the sale of my late mother’s property last year and I would recommend it.

We first used Tom Ellor at ADK Law back in 2024 to buy our very first house, and the service was outstanding. We’ve just used ADK Law again to sell our property and buy our new home, and once again, Tom was fantastic. He is warm, professional, and always happy to pick up the phone to talk things through and explain the process clearly. Conveyancing can be stressful, but Tom makes it feel effortless. We couldn't recommend him and the team at ADK Law enough to anyone looking for a brilliant conveyancing solicitor!
