First time using ADK Law but doubt I will use them again. This wasn't the worse experience and Rebekah was always responsive even if sometimes answers to questions were vague. This was an auction purchase with a very thin legal pack. However there wasn't enough effort to find out basic information which in the end I provided or had to demand a call be made to the sellers solicitors. I felt rushed into signing the contract and ADK Law's disclaimers which I was told to seek legal advice before signing. So I should pay ADK Law for conveyancing and then pay another firm to check what ADK have given me to sign: really! Disappointed that on two occasions I copied in the Partners/Directors for comment and not even a acknowledgement or comment. Glad I stood my ground and did not complete when told to by ADK Law which save me just under 2k in u paid services charges.

Tom at ADK Law is amazing. Prompt to respond to communication, manages expectations well around timescales and his availability, and contactable by phone when you need him. We have used ADK several times now and never had any issues with their service. Very thorough and reliable. Really helped us out when we needed to move quickly and also was good at managing a complex chain and some pushy estate agents!

Mr Bilal Khan did a really great job for us with the legal work of selling our leasehold flat.
The communication was superb, with responses to enquiries and emails happening promptly.
There were a number of challenges to overcome in our particular case to get the sale over the line, which Bilal dealt with, with calmness diligence and intelligence.

Everyone always told me solicitors are slow and you always need to chase them for updates.. but this couldn’t be more untrue for ADK.
Jinni who dealt with my property purchase was excellent, she was also very friendly and helpful. She gave regular updates without needing to chase, quick at answering any queries I had and helped make buying my first home a smooth process.
Would definitely recommend ADK if you’re looking for a good and reliable solicitor.

Jinni provided excellent customer service to me during my recent leasehold property purchase. Leasehold property purchase can be very complicated and you come across many challenges along the way, but Jinni kept me up-to-date by e-mail throughout the transaction lifecycle. This is the second property I have sold through ADK in the last year. I used them a second time and although not the cheapest, the service given was second to none. Emails were normally responded to within 10 minutes and evrything was so efficient. I highly recommend them,

Rebekah Jenkins was super-fast and responsive. She would would literally reply in minutes, rather than days/weeks. She was an absolute breath of fresh air compared to previous experiences. She was patient and persistent as our buyer dragged the process out for a ridiculous and unnecessary length of time. Rebekah acted on our instructions promptly and efficiently. I've used ADK law a few times now and they are generally good where the transaction is fairly straight forward. The critique I have of them, is that you cannot rely on them entirely to do complete due diligence. Now, I accept that any client must understand what is going on and not be hands-off, but there is an element of appropriate technical advice required. I don't think ADK are unique in having this issue amongst solicitors. In my case, there was a special issue which was within the remit of ADK to check, verify and argue against the opposing solicitor...and it wasn't. I had to do my own due diligence, draft a reply to the opposing solicitor, and ADK conveyed the message. I was actually successful and overturned the opposing solicitors view. I would have expected this technical issue to be resolved by the firm without my involvement or review.
