Our sale was very straightforward.
Our purchase became challenging as the developers of the new build had failed to recognise that they had not aligned the HMLR registered boundary with the property boundary.
Our contact at ADK Law was Lucy. Notwithstanding 3 potential completion dates passing due to delays in process which were outside her control, Lucy was very patient and supportive throughout.

We first used Tom Ellor at ADK Law back in 2024 to buy our very first house, and the service was outstanding. We’ve just used ADK Law again to sell our property and buy our new home, and once again, Tom was fantastic. He is warm, professional, and always happy to pick up the phone to talk things through and explain the process clearly. Conveyancing can be stressful, but Tom makes it feel effortless. I am hugely grateful to Rahbia at ADK Law for all her help over recent months to get my house sale completed. My sale was fairly complex (a leasehold flat with many enquiries that needed to go to management agents and freeholders) but Rahbia made the process as seamless as possible; was really communicative; and kept me informed on progress every step of the way until we finally achieved completion, after much back and forth with the buyer.
