Busy hotel room was fine menu was not good no all a carte menu set menu only choice was pub food expected better as for breakfast it was a rabble too many people for buffet bacon and sausage good wouldn't return

Hotel room really spacious we stayed in a Privilege room which has dressing robes, slippers, water, soft drinks and an espresso coffee machine (coffee and tea sachets too) bath and separate shower cubicle . Breakfast really tasty and choice of food good. Only criticism the room was too HOT, had windows open both nights but still stifling

We had our wedding reception in the Townley Suite and the day went perfectly. We were well looked after from the moment we booked our wedding to checking out at the end of our stay. The food was excellent, the staff friendly and everyone enjoyed the day. Very happy we chose this venue for our wedding reception. Highly recommended.

I love the gym and spa, however, it is really dated. An update and refurbish would give it full marks. The women's showers especially need it desperately!
