Wow what a service from Baz and the team! They recommended a chemical flush before installing a new boiler and although we were sceptical the results spoke for themselves.
Baz was constantly checking in and making sure everything was running as it should be and eventually when he was happy he proceeded to complete the installation of the new boiler.
He was very thorough in his method and did not give in at any stage. He went through everything methodically and kept us informed all the way.
Baz was happy to answer any questions and was also teaching us the best way to maintain the system once it’s been installed. He made sure everything was fully working and went through the whole house to make sure all the radiators were hot. He even changed a towel radiator for me as it was on the verge of leaking.
Baz showed us the results of the flush and we were so happy we got this done as it was unreal how much sludge was in the system. He then proceeded to fit the new boiler and commission the set up and now it’s like a sauna in the house! I don’t think it’s ever been this warm in the house since we moved in 16 years ago!!!

Empire came in and done a full check before providing me options. W decided to have a boiler change as my old system had been in place for over 15 years. Baz was very thorough and gave me multiple options and gave me all the pros and cons.
I was sceptical about having a chemical flush done however after seeing the results it was worth every single penny! Baz was happy to leave his equipment connected and kept checking in with me for regular updates. He was on hand if needed.
Heating is now red hot with a new boiler and flush and will be 100% using Empire in the future again! 100% recommend!

Baz arrived within 15 minutes of me calling about a water leak next to the meter. He got straight to work, quickly identified the issue, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. His fast response and efficiency saved my kitchen from serious damage.

Leaky rads. Sorted a leaking toilet and a leaking waste pipe. Very happy with the work. Most important thing when you ask for help is that people do what they say… and turn up when they say they will. Baz and his team are very reliable. Would recommend to anyone!

After having shopped around couple of weeks for a good gas engineer with multiple issues with our whole heating system, with few of the engineers who came and had a look didn't give me the best confidence that the job will be done perfectly until I found Baz and his team. As soon as I spoke to Baz, my guts told me to go ahead with his team for the job and he and his team didn't disappoint at all . These guys are honest and genuine in their work and felt that from the day 1. Baz was very notably sensible, intelligent and showed perfection in the whole process and at the same time did an honest job with such care even in the small details like he was installing our new boiler system for his own house. We all know how difficult it is nowadays to find an honest one like that for any property jobs. I was lucky to find him and his team.

Fantastic experience working with Baz and his team who managed to resolve some serious issues left by my previous heating engineer and relieved a whole load of stress for me and my family.
After getting a whole new system only 3 years ago, through poor design and fit i had been left with not only an inefficient system which was costing me a fortune but one that hardly kept my property warm.
Due to the excessive demands on the system because of the set up I had multiple failing parts, this is when I've got Baz in to review options.
We decided to totally relocate the system and him and his team systematically looked to resolve each issue. What I liked about them was that if something was an issue one day they came back the next with different options to resolve it.
Overall great outcome in the end where my heating hot water and ufh are all working effectively and as an added bonus its costing me much less.
I'd definitely recommend these guys and have them back any time needed as they were a pleasure to work with.

Baz and Dave are absolute legends. We'd just moved into a property with a central heating system that clearly hadn't been touched in years – 15 radiators on old 10mm microbore pipework, multiple blocked circuits, and a boiler that was struggling to push heat through.
Most engineers would have taken one look and said "rip it all out." Not these two. They stuck at it, working through every blocked pipe and clogged radiator methodically. The way they bounce ideas off each other and problem-solve as a team is brilliant to watch – proper tradesmen who take pride in their work.
By the end, we had a new boiler fitted, all 15 radiators flowing properly, and they even found time to sort a few other bits around the house. All done in confined spaces with pipework that fought them every step of the way.
Genuine, honest, skilled plumbers who won't give up on a difficult job. Can't recommend them highly enough – they've got a customer for life here.

Baz and his team were excellent in sorting what turned out to be an emergency boiler reinstall.
They fully diagnosed and thoroughly tested our existing boiler to confirm the problems that had occurred.
They explained the issue and the process to remove forward along with cost transparency and related purchase receipts.
