After 3 days of issues, cold water no heating during the peak icy days due to boiler shuttin down on me and other companies makin excuses..;(( i lost hope
BUT THEN Bro shabaz and team empire gas came to my rescue..;))
IT TOOK ME ONE CALL and big man shabaz turned up at time of urgency at my door step within 10mints, assessd the issue got boiler parts and fixed the issue straight away no messin abwt..boiler is up and running again still assessin it for today..

Baz and Dave are absolute legends. We'd just moved into a property with a central heating system that clearly hadn't been touched in years – 15 radiators on old 10mm microbore pipework, multiple blocked circuits, and a boiler that was struggling to push heat through.
Most engineers would have taken one look and said "rip it all out." Not these two. They stuck at it, working through every blocked pipe and clogged radiator methodically. The way they bounce ideas off each other and problem-solve as a team is brilliant to watch – proper tradesmen who take pride in their work.
By the end, we had a new boiler fitted, all 15 radiators flowing properly, and they even found time to sort a few other bits around the house. All done in confined spaces with pipework that fought them every step of the way.
Genuine, honest, skilled plumbers who won't give up on a difficult job. Can't recommend them highly enough – they've got a customer for life here.

I’m really pleased with the work done. The plumber installed four new radiators and carried out a full boiler flush, and everything was completed to a very high standard. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what needed to be done and answering any questions I had. The work area was kept tidy throughout, and the heating system is now working noticeably better and more efficiently. Great workmanship, fair pricing, and excellent communication from start to finish. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Baz and his team came to have a look at my mum's house boiler which hasn't been working for the past 16 months previously called 3 other gas engineers to the job but couldn't figure out what the problem was baz and his team worked out the problem straight away and fixed the fault and he done all gas safety checks as other plumbers did not do this i am very happy with the work and communication and great price i will be calling baz for future work also him and his team are very friendly and professional thanks again baz bro

We had an emergency over the weekend where our gas pipe was punctured and this was dangerous. I was searching for a reputable and professional company and by chance I walked past a house they were working on, Baz was approachable and after I explained the situation of not having any gas he and hes team came over the same day and fixed the problem straight away and to the highest standard. We were so happy with the service and price that we booked them in again for more work to our gas pipes which was done to their high standards. Today I ammwritimg a review as my boiler needs fixing and our radiators need bleeding so my first port of call is Baz and hes team. If you want a company who is focused on the customer and quality of service and the best price then dont hesitate.

I honestly cannot thank Baz at Empire Gas and Plumbing enough. I was in such a stressful situation — my insurance company told me my boiler was beyond repair and that I’d be waiting at least a week for a replacement. That meant no heating and no hot water for me and my family.

Rang bash about a week ago said need to put in a new oven but need to push the gas pipe back as oven didn’t fit he came down as promised got the job done the oven fits flush now very happy with the work done.

Fixed the taps in the bathroom by replacing them as the old ones were blocked and they were trickling. When they arrived they spotted the issue straight away
