Great customer service, everything by appointment and the work was carried out quickly and professionally. Radiator fitted, all pipework done to a high level and everything tested before they left. Also gave me great advice on other jobs that I enquired about. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future

Very prompt and professional service from an experienced team, they got on with the job straight away with no fuss. Job did take a little longer than expected due to unforeseen obstruction at new position however this was resolved by repositioning the flue. Tidy job, Very happy with the relocation. I was very impressed with the service I received when initially making enquiries about servicing gas appliances on behalf of an elderly housebound friend. He was also very accommodating when I explained that I had to come from Sheffield to Preston to enable me to be present when the service was carried out . Baz himself was friendly, clean and smart, and handled a difficult situation in a very tactful and professional manner. I would not hesitate to use Empire

Highly recommend @empire Gas and plumbing , Fantastic tidy job, changed our flue as it had been showing corrosion, they advised we would benefit from a chemical flush after he explained the benefits of having a filter and installed a filter for us and added chemicals (inhibitor). They also refitted our floating vanity sinks and sorted our waste pipes out as they were a mess. Last but not least he removed and fitted our lovely new radiators and balanced our system. The service has been incredible, very knowledgeable, kind and honest. See you in a year buddy Thank you

We have a complicated hot water / radiator/ underfloor heating system in our house loads of controllers and no control of the gas boiler heating our hot water and heating. Empire were fast to respond to me posting the job on Checkatrade (I had been trying to find someone to do this job for a year..: a load “yes we can do that” but no-one following up)
Baz came to do a site survey when we arranged on time. Did a thorough job on the survey, the quote came through quick and was fair considering the job would take 2 people 3 days over a weekend to do it right. And they did. Would recommend!

Nearly 2 months without heating, so glad I spoke to Empire Plumbing! Came yesterday for quote, next day all radiators all working perfectly house finally warm don’t remember last time I felt hot water!! Will definitely keep Baz and David as my plumbers kept my house clean and tidy and Mrs all happy :)!

Very good job and completed competently. Did all gas checks after to ensure was connected properly. Also connected my kitchen sink waste and my washing machine waste after noticing things were loose and not secure. Highly recommend and very genuine to deal with. There came round and looked at the job and discussed what was needed, then came back, to do the job, they not only fitted the new fire, but also found me a different fire surround because my old one was a mess with what my old fire did. They worked efficiently they were very professional at their work and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them very highly. Thank you.
