Needed a boiler service, gas safe check, radiator, and an extractor fan fitting, we got Baz and the lads over to do it, and i have to say it was an excellent experience.

I contacted the team after reading other reviews that they had received and also noticed the high scores that they had obtained. They arrived on time and are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend using Empire gas and plumbing should you have an issue with your system. 10 out of 10!!

Boiler died. After two no shows and a couple of outlandish quotes. I got in touch with Empire. Baz and Dave knew the assignment. Straightforward , no nonsense. Job priced well and carried out perfectly. More than comfortable leaving these lads alone in my home while I went about my day. Asked me to pay for the boiler and parts up front which initially made me twitch but don’t worry. Job was done and lads worked late to get it finished. 10/10

Found Baz on Checkatrade. He replied really quickly and provided a quote and timeframe to complete the job promptly. Initially a little wary as he requested a third of the payment upfront to purchase materials, however he reassured me and provided evidence at all time.
He was punctual and very professional, clean and very approachable. I will definitely be contacting him for any future plumbing work needed.

There was an ongoing leak from my boiler that I was unable to rectify despite trying a few things to fix it. Arrived earlier than anticipated, quickly fixed and all back to normal, the job was done so quickly he didn't even have time to finish his brew, would definitely recommend.

Baz and his team arrived on time and carried out all the work to a very high standard, paying particular attention to gas safety and really reassured me of all the checks being done and what each one meant. Out with our 40 year old cast iron boiler and 20yr old combi-boiler and in with a high spec 48kw boiler with wi-fi thermostat contols and a 500 litre storage cylinder. Supplied and fitted by #EmpireGasandPlumbing Ltd. I can recommend this firm. Came when they said they would, worked late to get the job finished, with no mess. A capable team of conscientious workers. Good job all round.

Empire Gas fixed all issues without any mess and whilst explaining what the issue was. I uses a plumber in Blackburn 4 times and only got the issue temporarily fixed. This time it has been fixed for good. I highly recommend Empire Gas for everything from doing the job to proffesionlism and cost.

The company turned up when they said they would. They worked so hard and well into Saturday evening leaving my elderly uncle with heat and hot water before they left. They were very respectful and helped with putting furniture back in place. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
