I honestly cannot thank Baz at Empire Gas and Plumbing enough. I was in such a stressful situation — my insurance company told me my boiler was beyond repair and that I’d be waiting at least a week for a replacement. That meant no heating and no hot water for me and my family.
I called Baz, and he genuinely came to my rescue. He didn’t hesitate, even though when i called was out was out of hours, and he installed a brand new boiler the same day. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile meant more than he probably realises.
Baz turned a nightmare situation into a huge relief. I’m so grateful for his help and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone. Empire Gas and Plumbing has definitely earned my trust!

Rang bash about a week ago said need to put in a new oven but need to push the gas pipe back as oven didn’t fit he came down as promised got the job done the oven fits flush now very happy with the work done.

Fixed the taps in the bathroom by replacing them as the old ones were blocked and they were trickling. When they arrived they spotted the issue straight away

Excellent company and hard working and honest staff. They installed the full heating system of our Masjid, Masjid Alberr in Blackburn UK. The whole job took only one week. They worked full days including weekends to finish the job. I cannot recommend them enough. They are definitely highly recommended. Also, they are very honest and their prices are very reasonable. Top service, lads got me booked in same day. Radiators weren’t working properly and boiler needed a service. New radiators fitted in the bathroom and boiler serviced and new parts supplied and fitted. Very friendly and will go out their way to accommodate your needs! Also added an extractor fan to the bathroom to help with ventilation. My go to gas engineers from now on, will not be going to anybody else!

From initial contact to getting the job booked in. I’ve only just moved in to the house and its first service for the boiler. The boiler required a strip down service as this has not been done from previous owners (shock) however it’s great this was recommended as the seals were perished and not safe. I also got a condensate pipe relocated as again the previous owners had this outside which was an eyesore. Sometimes you have to pay for quality and this is the service I got from empire. They also replaced a leaking sink trap which was great. Thanks and see you guys soon.

Called Baz on an emergency due to water leak. He turned up when he said he would, managed to fix the leak. I also had issues with the internal stop tap and will be getting further work done from Baz. 5🌟

Recently one of the radiators came off the wall, called Empire Gas & Plumbing. They came down immediately as the water was leaking.
Within an hour the radiator was back on.. He checked the whole central heating system to make sure all were heating up.. Very Professional throughout and gave great advise.. highly recommended 👌
