Polite and efficient. Stuck to times promised. Neat work and tidy. Persevered at times even when I gave up. Would definately recommend. Stop tap needed changing. 2 radistors removed and shower pipes fitted to a very good standard. Solutions found for problems. Will call plumber back in future

Radiators weren't getting hot, had many engineers out, baz took his time and established the problem, fully balanced my system, got all my radiators fully functioning and gave great advice for future use. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Great work from Baz. Came out to address the problem on short notice. Quickly identified what was wrong and ordered the replacement parts required. Was kept informed about when the new parts would be obtained and installed. Came the next day and the work was completed. Gave a thorough run down on completion of additional steps I could take to avoid issues in the future. Great work and the professionalism was appreciated!

Very happy with Empire Gas and Plumbing. Excellent all round. Will definitely use their services again and recommend for any plumbing / heating jobs. Very honest, polite and respectful. There was an unexpected issue with my Gas Fire, Empire spent time, phone calls and repeated tests and would only sign off the job once completely satisfied with all safety checks, all whilst giving reassuring advice. It was refreshing to have trade persons who genuinely take great pride in their work and and care for the customer. Thank You Empire for professionalism.

Baz was very polite and professional. He explained clearly what he would be doing and then talked me through the report at the end. It was very clear that he works to a high standard and understands how important it’s carried out safely. Highly recommended. He’s even going to come back to fit my washing machine and replace a tap. 5 stars

The trades people were here within 30-40 minutes of me first calling and once they had popped out to get the part needed the job was completed within another 45 minutes or so. They were polite, friendly and informative. All round good experience despite me being very poorly and stressed. Can't thank them enough. 10/10

Been messing about with different boiler and plumbing specialist. These guys were the only ones to stick to their promises, on time and gave the advice needed before going ahead. Left with confidence and definitely someone I will be using in future and recommending to others!

Absolute legend!! Came to us at 2am as we had a burst pipe, he stopped the leak, came out the following morning and got everything sorted for us. Gas fire service, boiler service and checked over our full heating system. 100% recommend. Thanks Baz
