First time using Empire gas and plumbing and most certainly won’t be the last, having used manufacturer engineers for so long wanted to use someone independent and having looked around for such a long time i came across this company, Baz and dave were fantastic, if i could give 10 stars, i would, if anyone is looking for a company to do your work do not hesitate to contact Baz, fantastic and knowledgeable people there’s a reason why they have won many awards

Empire Gas and Plumbing once again lived up to their high reputation, Baz tuned up within 20 mins of a call, sorted out a few jobs for me, nothing was too much trouble, i can honestly say they are the best company I have dealth with and prove it time and time again. Highly reccomend them.

After reading Empire and Gas reviews I contacted them via checkatrade for installation of my new oven. This company far exceeds its 5 star reviews. Baz contacted me a day before my installation to inform me that there would be slight delay in him coming and he will call me 30 mins before departure. True to his words he did! Keeping the customer informed is key to any successful business. Baz and Dave installed my oven did all the necessary Gas safety checks and provided me with a certificate, all at a very reasonable price. He is a well mannered polite gentleman and am sure I will be using his services in the near future. I highly recommend Empire & Gas Plumbing 👌🏻

Absolutely excellent.
We had an underground leak and Empire came out the same day, diagnosed the issue and started to rectify the problem.
They dug our land where they believed the issue to be and sorted the problem immediately.
Very transparent in costings and payment terms.
Honesty and integrity in business is very important, Empire were both and more.

I contacted Baz because my father in law was selling his house and needed his boiler recommissioned. Baz was able to get to the property and check out the system before giving a fair quote. This included a couple of repairs to get the system up to code including a few appliances like the cooker and fires. I'd definitely use Empire again. Friendly, efficient and reliable.

Called a few engineers out who could not pin point the gas leak. Called out Empire who located the Gas leak & fixed the leak by replacing the pipe that was leaking.

Baz and his team were brilliant from start to finish — friendly, professional, and always happy to adapt when our plans changed. He and his team installed a full heating system and boiler in just 3 days, with great attention to detail and no mess left behind.
