Samuels Solicitors have welcomed Mark Cummings as a partner to the firm. He will be the newest equity partner alongside Jan Samuel and Judith Thompson.
In fact, when Jan Samuel first met with Mark Cummings he was acting for the opposition. Jan has since said that she was so impressed by his litigation expertise that’s why she offered him the job!
The locally based solicitors firm were aware of Mark’s impressive resume, including over thirty years of legal experience and were even more thrilled when he agreed to take the position. His practice includes: professional negligence claims, complaints relating to boundary and property disputes, contested probate issues and landlord or tenant disputes.
Mark is very happy about the new position and was ever so complimentary when quizzed about his new role at Samuels.
