A new scheme was launched in April which now offers unlimited day travel on most buses throughout Devon on one bus ticket.

So whether your heading to Croyde or Woolacombe for some surfing or maybe into Barnstaple for some shopping, you can do it all on just one ticket!

Devon County Council has teamed up with a number of bus operators to introduce the Devon Day ticket, entitling the holder to one day's travel on local bus services of all participating local bus companies within the Devon Day bus area.

Traveling by bus is great for the environment and a must if you are unable to drive, so why not make the most of this new day ticket and head to Instow for a beach walk or Ilfacombe for a spot of fishing?  Why not spend a day really exploring North Devon?  Have you ever been to Bratton Fleming or High Bickington?  Take the kids to play on the amusements at Westward Ho!  Or take that special someone in your life to Saunton Sands and watch the sun go down.

The Devon day bus ticket costs £8.50 for adults and £5.70 for children and £17 for a family.
