iwitness24 is a new way for readers in North Devon to share their stories with the world and become a reporter for their local area. Anyone can upload photos, stories and videos to the website, creating a platform to break the news as it happens.

You can use iwitness24 on your PC or smartphone, and it couldn’t be easier. Your pictures, videos or stories will be displayed on the iwitness24 website and will go directly to the Gazette news team where they could be selected for publication in the paper or on the website.

iwitness24 want to see your pictures from around your community, whether it be a scenic spot that catches your eye or an event that you have attended. And when you are in the right place at the right time, we’d love you to capture the moment and share it via iwitness24. If iwitness24 reporters spot anything really exciting, their stories may even make front page news.

All of the content entered onto the site has to be approved by an administrator, meaning that advertisements and spam posts will get filtered out, leaving quality citizen journalism.
