Wendy is the Schools Liaison Officer for the charity and she explained: “Part of my role is to talk to teachers about bibic and its work with children. During each visit I will discuss what we do and the therapy and training we can offer. We also want to make schools aware that when parents make referrals they can be involved too and I will explain the level of involvement needed and why it is important."
Wendy continued: "In addition to this, I will discuss the referral process and how teachers can go about referring children, who they believe would benefit from our help, to us. Any schools that would like to request a visit or further information can do so by contacting me via info@bibic.org.uk or calling 01458 253344.”
