Are you getting the full conveyancing package when buying your new home?

Moving house can be a drawn out and protracted process. With financials in the hundreds of thousands of pounds it’s imperative you have a trusted expert to work on your behalf, who can interrogate the legal documentation and conveyancing process as quickly and easily as possible.

Sometimes when you are buying a house the builder may offer a conveyancing package, or the estate agent may recommend someone. At this stage you should consider a qualified conveyancing team!

Remember this is will probably be the largest transaction you carry out and your need to know your solicitor will read the detailed paperwork and robustly challenge any situations with speed and efficiency.

Samuels are entirely independent and not tied to any particular estate agent. They never pay estate agents to recommend them, as they do not believe this is fair to clients, who ultimately end up paying.

Samuels are proud of their ‘inclusive’ conveyancing service. They quote a fixed price based on criteria surrounding the sale and this will include all costs like property searches, registering payments for stamp duty and the storage of all legal documents not to mention extra services like securing additional insurance cover that maybe required. Some solicitors will entice you with a low cost starting package but will bolt on these as additional services as and when you need them (which you will) they will very quickly add up to a higher final fee than you anticipated. Some solicitors will even add on extra charges for speaking to clients. Samuels would never do this and are always happy to discuss the progress of a transaction with clients.

Samuels Solicitors have been working with clients helping them through the process of buying and selling property for clients for over 25 years and are continually praised for their excellent customer service. They can guide you through the home buying process, whether you are buying a new home, a second home or a buy to let, they will assist you  every step of the way.  They are members of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme – the mark of excellence for the home buying process. This means that you will benefit from the highest standards, with personal approachable client service, which is second to none.

If you find the idea of a fixed fee for the conveyancing of your new property interesting, why not give Samuels a call on 01271 343457, for a free no obligation discussion.
