Darren is a London based singer/songwriter and started in the tribute scene in 1991 after appearing on, and winning, his heat in Granada Television's 'Stars In Their Eyes' as Simply Reds Mick Hucknall.

Halloween Half Term -The Maze of Bones
There are skeletons rattling and spooky story-telling this Halloween at Blenheim Palace! Funny bones’ our resident spooky skeleton has lost his body parts in ‘The Maze of Bones’! Can you find them rattling around the world’s largest symbolic hedge Maze this Autumn Half Term? Are you brave enough to meet our resident story teller Bill Spectre and Colin – The Crow-in-the-Know at weekends? From 23rd – 31st October the Marlborough Maze, situated at the Pleasure Gardens, will be transformed into a ‘Maze of Bones’, with a challenge to find all 10 body parts that make up our spooky skeleton. A spooky miniature train ride from the Palace brings you to the Pleasure Gardens where an additional spooky hunt called ‘All things Halloween’ will also be available. Come along and try one or both hunts if you dare! You can have a go at Pumpkin ‘Jack-O-Lantern’ making in the Garden Café by purchasing your own pumpkin to gouge out and create a spooky design to take home with you. Spooky face painting available, or why not petrify your closest friends or family by decorating your own piece of scary pottery with ‘Pottering About’ from 11am – 4pm. Additional charge applies for pottery and pumpkin activities.

Children must be accompanied by a paying adult but there’s no need to book – just turn up and enjoy

Halloween Howl at Millets Farm

Come face to face with ghosts and ghouls this Halloween in the haunted grounds of the Mass-Acre Maze. The 10 acres of maize will be transformed into a wicked world of webs and ghastly creatures for 9 days and 9 bone-shaking nights for all the family. The Gruesome Disguise Awards will be taking place both during day time and night time spookings, so come along dressed up as a grotesque ghoul or weathered witch and feature on our ‘Hall of Horrors’ ! The most terrifying outfit will win a mystery prize so be imaginative and inventive.
Fun By Day: 11am-4pm Fun for all the family. Terrifying By Night: 6pm-10pm Not recommended for under 8’s

6.00pm – 7.00pm. Enjoy safe Trick or Treating this Halloween. Children are encouraged to dress up in their favourite costumes and collect tasty sweets as they trick-or-treat around the Castle. Courageous children who survive meeting the gruesome ghouls can then enter the Prison Gallery to hear spooky stories from the haunted Castle. £4.00 per child, £2.00 per adult.

Clockwork Dragon, Abingdon

As this Saturday is Halloween Clockwork Dragon Abingdon will be open till 7;30 this Saturday and starting from 3:30 will be handing chocolates for treats out and have a magician in shop for those wanting to see a trick. We also Have a lucky dip with great prizes to be won and a 2 Costume competitions 1 for adults and 1 for children the best costume of each section will also win a prize.
