Abingdon Town Council is hoping to be able to repair the County Hall roof in time to make it safe for the time-honoured tradition of bun throwing for the Royal Wedding next year. The Museum is currently undergoing extensive renovation work, so the BBC reports that the customary throwing of 4000 buns to the local people may be in doubt....
