A SHOPPING centre manager has predicted retailers in Epsom will experience a "bumper Christmas" this year as the Ashley Centre is currently seeing more than 175,000 shoppers walking through its doors each week.

Councillors approved recommendations for the position, aimed at boosting the flagging vitality of the town, at a meeting of the strategy and resources committee last Thursday.
Traders are being given the chance to trial the town centre's markets during the next two weeks.

A group aimed at engaging with people who use Epsom town centre is to be formed following a suggestion in a report by TV retail expert Mary Portas.
This is a wonderful family event with lots of things for the children. We are also thrilled that some of the local children are actually getting involved!
