Lichfield Garrick has been awarded £279,446 as part of the Government’s £1.57 billion Culture Recovery Fund (CRF) to help face the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic and to ensure they have a sustainable future, the Culture Secretary has announced today.
As it is announced that the curtain will rise on live entertainment at the Lichfield Garrick in November, former members of Bucks Fizz Cheryl Baker, Mike Nolan and Jay Aston say they are pleased to be among the first artists to perform at the COVID-secure venue.
Lichfield Garrick Theatre is again working with businesses to help families who are suffering bereavement, illness, or trauma attend its socially-distanced pantomime this Christmas. Sponsored family tickets will be distributed to deserving people by local charities.

Lichfield Garrick will set sail to Neverland with the swashbuckling Pantomime adventure, Peter Pan, later this year. In advance of the performance, Lichfield Garrick is searching for young local performers to join the lost boys, on their adventures in the magical world, Neverland
