Zoo animals are always moved with great care and caution – especially when they have a large mouth full of sharp teeth.
Whether you have a small or large dog, they can constantly (or occasionally) carry a little or big smell around with them. Their smell can also build up around the house and whilst we generally get used to it, it’s not so pleasant for visitors. Some dogs just pong, but others pick up nasty smells from rolling in mess or getting wet whilst out walking or playing in the park.

A Rothschild’s giraffe has been born at Paignton Zoo. The calf was born to mother Sangha at about 2.30pm on Thursday 28th May, in the middle of a busy half term afternoon.

A Taunton garden centre is this month (January, 2014) encouraging keen bird watchers to contribute to the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds’ (RSPB) Big Garden Birdwatch campaign.
Students from Bicton College in Devon have recently been awarded the CQ Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (DipVN).
A Taunton dog show will next month (January, 2014) benefit from a donation made by a garden centre based in the town.
