First came quotation Ed couldn't have been more upfront about pricing and benefits of certain items we chose wether we needed soft close mechanism as the other system was cheaper and nearly as good.
Design - all our ideas and wishes were listened to with any alternatives at each price level. We never felt we were sold anything just honest advice.
Build - Arrived on time Ed and the lad with him were polite and respectful of us and the property. The fitting was flawless and quick but not rushed just two workers with the pride and skills with no compromise.
