Hi
As usual, there's far too much going on over the next few weeks to adequately cover in this newsletter - it would be 10 pages long, and keen as you might be, I don't believe you want to read that much!
Of course Bank Holiday weekend is approaching very soon, and you really are going to be spoilt for choice!
So please hit the 'Events' tab above or on the bestof website and see what's coming up in the area to suit your family.
But in brief, (I promise!), here's some of my key suggestions you really don't want to miss:
1. The Leicestershire County Show - returns to Market Harborough to kick off the bank holiday weekend on Saturday 27th August.
2. The (infamous) Harborough Food & Drink Festival with great food, drink and fun for all the family takes place at Welland Park on Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday 28th/29th August.
3. Wistow Cafe Bistro Alfresco Nights - always brilliant - on Wed 31st Aug and Wed 28th Sept. Mediterranean Style buffets in the best rural setting and atmosphere. Highly recommended if you can book a table in time!
4. The Russian State Ballet performs Swan Lake (my favourite Ballet) at The Lighthouse Theatre in Kettering on Wed. 12th October.
The Grrs2Purrs brilliant 'Doggy Hamper' competition has been won by R.R (name withheld until she formally accepts the prize!) - thanks to everyone who took part, and watch this space for many more competitions coming your way soon.

I attended the 2 hour Grooming training at Grrs Great Grooming Company at Desborough with my puppy Finn. Through Frans thorough guidance and training, I learned how to wash, dry,use hairdryer, clip toenails and do a health check.
I found the training facilitated by Fran and Kath very informative and enjoyable. Finn absolutely enjoyed the experience and I also.
From this enjoyable experience, I have booked in to attend a 1_1 training day to learn more.
I would highly recommend Grrs 2 Purrs Pet Services and I am looking forward to the next training day .
