I suffer from "swimmers ear" and on Sunday I got some water trapped in my ear. My ear has been completely blocked since, I've not been able to hear through that ear and the pain was so bad this morning I was in tears.
A pharmacist prescribed me some antibiotics but my ear felt so blocked it didn't seem like they were doing anything.
My husband called Frieda this morning (Saturday) and explained the situation and asked if she would be able to help. She was able to fit me in between appointments and completely cleared my ears! My hearing came back and the pain disappeared.
Frieda was lovely, very welcoming and explained everything that was happening. She said afterwards it didn't look like there was an infection and the pain and inflammation was due to the blockage which had also allowed the water to get trapped. She gave me a screen and put a camera in my ear, I could clearly see my ear drum and that my ears had been completely unblocked.
I can not recommend enough, honestly life changing. I've suffered with blocked ears and pain many times and it was so quickly fixed!

I just had an appointment with Frieda and she was great. She explained everything so well, and answered all of my questions and concerns. I discovered some new stuff about my ears and the connection it might all have with other symptoms and how to fix it. I'd highly recommend Ears2hear. Thanks Frieda :)

Frieda came to visit my dad in a care home to check his ears and have any wax removed. This appointment was made last minute.
We thought we would be charged the £80 however Frieda checked his ears and there was not much of a build up, therefore she removed the outer wax & cleaned his hearing aids. Due to my dad not needing another treatment Frieda only charged for a check up.
She was extremely friendly & professional, put my dad at ease and took her time. I will definitely be using Friedas service again and would recommend her to anyone. It is also lovely seeing somebody with so much experience & expertise as hearing is so important to the elderly.

Called in today to book an appointment ,but Frieda was able to see me straight away.She was a very knowledgeable, professional person who certainly knows her subject.

Frieda is very professional and puts you at ease straight away - I’ve never had an an ear wax removal before but had a severely blocked ear and she managed to remove and unblock my ear with no discomfort atall. Very friendly and I definitely recommend anyone if they need this service. 10/10. Will be definitely be back, thank you again!

I am really glad I found Ears2hear I was suffering with really bad itching in both ears tried using ear drops but then my ears felt water logged. Frieda sorted me out by removing not wax but a build up of dry skin and gave me advice on how to manage the situation, I would go back to her if I ever get a problem highly recommended
