Excellent treatment. Frieda took time to explain the procedure and cleaned my (problematic) ears quickly and above all, safely. I had a follow-up session a week later to check my ear health and finally clear up an obstinate issue. Frieda has an excellent CV and is highly recommended.

I can honestly say the procedure was painless and I felt freida took great care.

Both myself & my daughter booked for earwax removal (Price £55 each for earwax removal)
We were subsequently told after a very short examination that neither of us had any earwax which was good. We paid a small fee for the appointment.

I visited Freida at Ears2 hear WSM for the first time yesterday. Freida was friendly and knowledgeable. It's was the most straight forward ear wax removal I have ever had and I've had a few over the years. The fairly new microsuction technique is much better than old fashioned syringing. Quick and with no pain or discomfort. Thanks Freida. See you in a couple of years.

I brought my 95 year old dad to see Frieda with a blocked ear. I couldn't praise her level of care and professionalism highly enough after watching her at work. She took great care to let dad know exactly what was happening at each stage of the wax removal. He said it was painless and his hearing came back the following morning. As she had noticed a pink inflamed area in the ear she invited him back in the following week to see what was going on and did not charge for this. Her charges are very competitive and we will be going back regularly.
