I rang for an appointment in the morning for Mum and by the afternoon she could hear clearly again. Very quick, and efficient. Frieda is very professional but at the same time kind and caring.

Wonderful service by Frieda when I was feeling particularly vulnerable. She was so kind and caring. Treatment was effective and she gave me information to forward to my GP. Highly recommend her services.

Frieda was very Professional, treating me with respect, courtesy and consideration. She explained the procedure in detail and the whole experience was carried out hygienically. On completion a camera probe was placed into each ear so that I could see on screen the result of my treatment. I can highly recommend Frieda.

I visited Ears2hear to have ear wax removed, as both ears were completely blocked with wax. Frieda explained what was going to happen and how it was going to feel and should I experience any discomfort to let her know.
The wax in both my ears was removed quickly, efficiently and painlessly. It was much more comfortable than having my ears syringed (which used to happen years ago). Also Frieda had a camera inside my ear and could see what she was doing to reduce the risk of damaging the inside of my ear.
Afterwards she answered my questions and gave me advice on how to reduce the build-up of stubborn, hard wax.
I will return to Ears2hear when I need to avail myself of this service again.
