Highly recommended. From the friendly greeting to the clear explanation and conclusion of the treatment. Frieda demonstrated throughout the session that she has extensive knowledge and experience. She was even able to point to where my issue was so that I could then seek medical assistance.

It was a very good experience. Frieda met me at the reception. She explained everything about the procedure to remove my ear wax. Showing me photos of before and after the treatment. It was revealed I had a outer ear infection and advised me to get Ear Calm , which I'm now using. Frieda then contacted a few days later to check everything was ok. Highly recommended.

Arrived at Ears 2 hear and was greeted by happy people and smiling faces. After filling in the necessary documentation Frieda carried the microsuction professionally and without any fuss. I was shown before and after treatment via a hand held device provided.
