The company, which operates serviced offices in 15 centres across England and Scotland, is in the process of constructing a 17,600 sq ft building and Elizabeth Higgins, Mayor of Warwick, dropped in to check on progress. There are 67 offices, and 53 businesses employing more than 200 people at the Leamington complex. The success of Pure Leamington was the main reason Pure invested in the Warwick site.
