Kenilworth Castle Fireworks Display & Bonfire 2009
Saturday 7th November 2009
The ruins of Kenilworth Castle makes the perfect backdrop for a fireworks display which sees this annual event attract tens of thousands of people from all over the midlands. This is the largest bonfire & fireworks display in Warwickshire (& The Midlands too I believe). Organised by Kenilworth Round Table this event regularly sells out in advance. Gates open 5.30pm, last entry by 6.45pm. Featuring lots of other things such a food stalls & Mercia FM roadshow! Read more info on this event HERE including tickets & pricing info. Proceeds go to local causes.
Warwick Town Bonfire & Fireworks Display 2009
Saturday 7th November 2009
Warwick Town's annual Fireworks & Bonfire event held at Warwick Racecourse. Entry from 5.15pm. This event is organised by Warwick Lions, Warwick Rotary Club & Warwick Round Table raising money for local charities. Tickets are £3 in advance or £5 on the night. Under 12s go free when with an adult. Read more info & map HERE.
Leamington Rugby Club Fireworks & Bonfire at Moorefields, Kenilworth Road 2009
Thursday 5th November 2009
With most bonfire & firework display events taking place at the weekend, here's one on the traditional date, easy to get to from Kenilworth, Leamington or Warwick. Having said that there are roadworks on the Kenilworth Road at the moment but I'm told this does not affect access to the Rugby Club so don't be put off by the road closed signs! £5 per person or £10 for a car of 4. Read more info & find map HERE.
