First things first, don't skimp on the quality of the meat. There is no substitute for quality when it comes to what meat you buy. Invariably better quality meat has been subject to better farming methods so you are also helping our farming community. Whatever the quality of the meat you can improve the taste by marinating.
Marinating is a great way to add real flavour to the meat on the BBQ. Always try to plan ahead
and leave the meat to marinate the night before the BBQ. If you want marinade recipes to suit your taste then speak to the friendly team at Rumps. They are always happy to suggest specific marinades and accompaniments at their Warwick shop.
If you are worried about the meat being thoroughly cooked, or if you are cooking for a large
group, then consider partly cooking the meat in the oven. You can then add to the BBQ to finish, to ensure you get that distinct BBQ flavour.
