"Warwick has been crying out for a butchers like Rumps - they are the best butchers in the area. I used to buy my meat in the supermarket for convenience but was continually disappointed with the quality. I have never been disappointed with the meat from Rumps. It is always first class as is the service. We are now eating much better because we love trying the different cuts. The pork tenderloin stuffed with some stilton from the deli counter then wrapped in bacon is currently our favourite!!"

"Janey Railton of Holistic Life is absolutly lovely. I did her pilates class at St Nicholas Leisure Centre on Monday mornings for a few months (had to stop due to shift changes), and I am very sorry I had to stop going. She is describes and demonstrates positions, is patient, great sense of humour and does give an exciting class. She can make moves harder or easier dependant on your ability, and because the class is small, she will go round eveyone and make sure everyone is happy and performing correctly. I cannot recommed her enough. Give her a highly recommended rather than truly exceptional only bceause I have only experienced Holistic Life at St Nicholas leisure centre."

"I went to the college and was put in the hands of Ellie who was training to become a fully qualified acupuncturist. I found out that I was her first patient and I can honestly say that I have thoroughly enjoyed the way I have been treated. She was always fully supported by the specialist team of really experienced people at the college. Every single person made sure that I was fully relaxed and I looked forward to each further visit.
Ellie is now fully qualified and it's great to know that I have benefitted from the treatment I've had and that it's helped her to become qualified.
Because the college were subsidising the rates meant it was a lot cheaper than I had previously been charged for acupuncture and I actually enjoyed this experience more and am continuing to have sessions with Ellie."
