The Walsall RSPCA is a charitable organisation which provides care for stray, neglected and sick animals in the Walsall area.
I wish this review was positive but unfortunately it isnt, the customer service i received from RSPCA Walsall was totally unacceptable. I applied for 2 bunnies, sent all photos as requested & then the lady stopped responding to my emails. I sent more asking what the outcome is and if the adoption is able to go ahead & asking why the bunnies i had applied for were now reserved and i hadn't been told anything. Did she respond? No.
The bunnies being homed with somebody different isnt the problem, the customer service and the waste of my time is. Not even a curtesy email to say sorry those have been rehoused but we have such and such still available, nothing. Thankfully now I have two very happy bunnies from a much nicer place. I cant say every experience will be like this, but mine was far from professional!

Food is absolutely delicious too.
Parking: Could do with dedicated disabled car parking and normal parking too.
Would love to visit the restaurant a lot more but get put off with the parking.

Walsall DIAL is a local charitable organisation which provides a wide range of services to relieve the needs and improve the quality of life for disabled young people and adults.
"A service that you can rely on" is how I would recommend DIAL and the people who work there. I use Direct Payments and Wages Dept. I have always found sound reliable service from both services and would recommend anyone to use Direct Payments, Wages Dept and DIAL in general to try the services provided.

Went today for my husband 65th birthday meal . We booked for 3pm wich was fine 20 of us . Carvery was lovely but some food was cold . Will try again abit later in the year and have a earlier time to see if there is any difference
